The Matterhorn Inn Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like museums, parks, and shopping districts. The central location makes it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. My room I stayed in was modern and stylish, featuring a large window that provided a great view of the skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all necessary amenities, including a hair dryer and a mini-fridge. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They provided quick check-in and were always available to assist with any questions I had. Their local recommendations for dining and entertainment were spot on.

Tôi đến khách sạn sớm hơn giờ check in khoảng 11h nhưng các bạn ấy đã hỗ trợ chúng tôi có thể nhận phòng sớm. Sảnh khách sạn hơi nhỏ nên khi đông khách thì cảm giác hơi ngộp. Bù lại thì khách sạn có sân thượng nên cũng ổn. Ở ngay quận 1 nên đi đâu cũng khá tiện lợi. Nếu có dịp tôi sẽ quay lại khách sạn

Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện và nhiệt tình với khách hàng, mặc dù tôi có check-in hơi trễ vào giữa đêm nhưng vẫn nhận được sự chào đón niềm nở của bạn lễ tân nơi đây. Phải nói nhân viên ở khách sạn đã được đào tạo bài bản, rất thuyết phục. Đồ ăn sáng rất ngon và khá đa dạng. Xung quanh chỗ nghỉ là tập hợp các cửa hàng thương hiệu lớn.

The bed is full of dust mites that made me itch for all over night. The hygiene is the problem. The continental breakfast may not be my taste. But, the staffs are very welcome and helpful.

Mình đặt phòng qua đêm nhưng đến lúc nhận phòng nhân viên nói chỉ được 4 tiếng trong khi mình đã thanh toán rồi, sau đó mình không nhận phòng và phải dùng app khác để đặt lại phòng. Roiif nhân viên thái độ cho mình vào 1 cái phòng không thể chấp nhận được trên sân thượng, cực kì thất vọng

nhân viên lễ tân rất tốt nhưng chất lượng phòng rất tệ, giường ngủ tệ kinh khủng, không thể ngủ được với 1 chiếc giường phập phồng, ko thể thẳng lưng, ko thể ngù được
