I have been robbed in my Hotel Guest room cash and Bank card. The hotel Guest room door very unsecure can open with any card or credit card. The d view hotel has no security at all any one can walk up to the Guest rooms. I made a complaint and ask to call the police to make an report, the hotel staff refused to. Call the Police and said any loss in my room is my responsibility. I check out extremely happy Stolen from my Guest Room 3000 Thai Baht 200 USDollar and 260Malyasia Ringit and Bank Cards. Please make a report and cancel this Hotel listing! From your side.

Kurang sesuai dengan gambar dan ekspektasi. Pesan family room tapi ekstra bed dan menunggu lama, lokasi strategis, layanan check-in cepat.

The small hotel, with good air-con, is located within 150m walk to Pavillion, restos on Alor road as well as MRT/ monorail Bukit Bintang. Ok, lah, for backpacking.

Pihak hotel kembali menagih pembayaran yang sudah dibayarkan via agen online dan sampai saat ini juga tidak ada kejelasan mengapa pembayaran tidak diterima oleh pihak hotel.

Pelayanan sangat ramah, lokasi sangat strategis, samping hotel ada supermarket dan laundry, hanya saja shower air panas di kamar mandi bocor, masih bisa dipake tapi jadi kurang nyaman pas mandi. Mudah-mudahan besok diperbaiki.
