There was no free bottled water, the sink only had a little water that came out, when we got to our room, there was no toilet paper, no little fridge to keep anything cold, it was not what was in the ad I seen on line, will not stay there again, when we checked out they tried to get us to stay a little longer so they could charge us a 250 fee for staying longer, it did not work,

All nice except the bath room specially the shower is very bad experience.

The housekeeping service is very poor. You have to specifically instruct the room attendant to sweep the floor, or give you the toiletries. If not, they won't bother doing it. There was no towel rack in the shower. You have to place your towel somewhere.

The size of the room is quite big compared to other similar hotels. The linens are old and has stains. There is no towel rack. Overall, the room is quite untidy.

The room is ok and clean but the problem is there are animal pest (surot) me and my husband are not comfortable to sleep.

I booked a VIP room and I though the picture on there app site is the same but when I check-in and saw it I feel so disappointed because it's not and the room I booked on the app site they indicate there's a wifi on the room but again there's no wifi so disappointing on that.

When we get there room is dirty especially the toilet. the door lock is not working. There's only one plug inside the room whenever you want to charge your phone you need to unplug the TV. In the middle of the night the front desk called me for the payment of the food that I ordered which is I already paid. I could not sleep worried cause it's not safe since the door lock in not working. They never cleaned the room not even once I stayed there for 3 nights.very disappointing.
