I recommend this room. Very comfortable. It look like I am in high star hotel. Just some little bit issue about the blankets are so thin might have some thick because sometimes it's cold. But generally it's good and comfortable. Will book again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating however the room is not clean. A lot of dust on the l floor I need to request broom to clean it myself. The bathroom is a disaster. The shower is mounted near the pillar and the bathroom/shower room is so small

Nice and peaceful place, good for a family, friends, and couple staycation. I liked the room size you can even run there. What I don't like is their service, I ordered cups of hot water for our coffee and it took more than 30mins to deliver and it not just happen once, you always have to follow up your order so that they will move faster. But overall the room and place are good.

I highly recommend it! super nice and very clean. Though there was loud noise outside due to road work. But overall, super suit :)

I wasn't able to take a picture because we so much enjoyed our stay in spiral suites. the staff's are accommodating, they give the low floor when they saw that we have senior with us. They cater my family's needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wonderful stay. Friendly staff.

We stayed overnight last december 23 and it was raining that day. We waited for our rooms to be fixed although we had an early reservations. There leaks on the ceiling on the 2nd floor. The floors are dirty and wet. The staircase going to rooms are slippery. There's no security guard. With its price the room is ok. They should improve their facilities.
