This hotel is not on the beach side of the road, rather it is about 4 minutes walk to the beach. The photos they have showing their chairs on the beach are only chairs, which are neglected with missing planks and all bunched together in the sun. The hotel has good bones and the room and facilities were good, but the customer service is horrible to non-existent. The two people that tried to check us in could not string together an English sentence and a basic question such as "what times is breakfast?" was misunderstood and we were given the wifi password. Again the lack of English crashed our breakfast the next morning as we were told the only options left of 5 were seafood noodles or fried eggs for breakfast...this was at 07:45 and breakfast time only ends at 08:30 (which is quite stupidly early for a hotel). Breakfast only has 5 a la carte options available and some fruit and good coffee. We asked once for towels to use for the swimming pool as we didn't want to use the white ones provided, however we were told we'd have to pay If you're willing to look past poor customer service, then this hotel is a steal. It's close to dining options and attractions and services you would need. They also have good value for money scooters to hire from the hotel.

nhân viên check in khá lâu, dù lúc đó đã là 2g chiều, gần 1 tiếng sau mới về phong nhưng phải đợi thêm 20" nữa để đợi dọn phòng nên cần cải thiện . Chúc thành công hơn đây là góp ý không phải chỉ trích.
