员工友好。早餐选择丰富。空间宽敞。只是房间有点发霉或类似潮湿地毯的味道。位置优越，靠近KSL购物中心和彩虹购物中心。交通便利

Semua sangat top. Trove Hotel tempat menginap keluarga yang nyaman, aman, luas, dan bersih. Staff ramah dan sangat membantu. Pemandangan dari kamar super cantik.

All good. Room service also good. Bersih.

Makanan breakfast enak. Cuma buah jeruknya saja yang agak busuk tapi tetap disajikan. Kamar luas. Semua mantap.

Good value for money if you are looking for a staycation near CIQ. Pros - Location is not too far from jb ciq although still need to take a taxi. Lots of nearby restaurants just below the hotel and 10 minute walk to Pelangi area. Room was huge and clean. We were able to watch Netflix and Youtube with the Smart TV. Cons - They did not provide towels in the room and we had to request from Housekeeping but they quickly delivered it to our room. Bidet was leaking a bit in the toilet area. We also could not change the aircon temp although it was good enough. Check in time also a bit late at 3 PM.

Good hotel for stay, good food too.

Nice staff during check in and just pass key card to check out. Separate 10RM tourist fee for room. Cleanliness is mediocre with oily TV table and dusty bottom of bed and bedside table. Only toothbrush, toothpaste and body towel provided. Didn't request comb and shaving kit as it was late. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. The only decent thing is pre-packaged food like wedges and bread.

Thank you Trove JB for the room upgrade for my wife and I 's anniversary! Room was well equipped and clean, the wife enjoyed the bathtub and the huge space. The only downside was the Wifi, very intermittent and slow: (.

Quality of the bed was too hard, causing back pain. (Not the standard of a 4-star hotel). Water leakage through the window during heavy rain. Breakfast was okay.

Booking was two room non smoking room. The rooms were spacious and breakfast is amazing. However, both room have smoking smell. Request for change. Only change 1 room. And said that the other can't change due to full house. But I saw that there have 1 unoccupied room in opposite of the new room. I m tired to deal with them due it was too late and tired to change the other room. I have to walk up and down for few times only successful change the one of the room. I can't sleep well in the smoking till morning. Meanwhile, request for hair dryer have to request at counter due the housekeeping call has closed at 11pm. What is the 4 star hotel service!

It was a great stay for 3 days 2 night. It's just that on Sunday where the hotel fully occupied & breakfast spread is a bit late to top up & I understand that. Everything was great especially the body soap in the toilet. Smells so good and may I know what brand is that? Ehehe thank you.

Reception was suppose to call me for earlier check in but I received none. Room was normal. Carpark is troublesome. Consider a 3 star hotel.

Hotelnya bagus, rapih dan nyaman. Breakfast pun ok, enak dan lauknya banyak pilihan. Hotel tidak jauh dari mall-mall di JB.

Definitely go back there again ❤.
