It was good, aircon not so cold, just hope they have free toiletries and bottled water next time🙏🏻But over all it was okay🙂

Hotel staff is very entertaining and accommodating. Area is accessible to transportation and stores. Stayed for 2 days but they did not change the bedding. No complimentary drinks serve. Overall it was still a nice stay. Someday if i'll be in the area, i'm still going to book to this hotel.

the staff is not accommodating

The receptionist assigned me to 35th floor it was good, but the toilet thank is not working and the hose of the bidet is broke, i’d try to open the water supply but suddenly it makes me wet! 😤 I call the reception to report the damage and I requested a pale and deeper but its not serve. I've waited for 30min until I called again the receptionist then they transferred me to 25th floor but then the wifi and tv was not working poor service !

This place is located in Urban Deca Homes along EDSa, 10-15mns away from MRT Shaw. The guard at the reception requested for ID as the condo's security requirement and I have to go to Rm316 to check in. The owner was there and I have aired out my concerns about what I've read in other people's review about their place. She tried Her best to accommodate my request especially about internet access. There's a security deposit of Php1000 which is refundable upon check out. My stay is comfortable, Rm 3704 is nice especially at night light of the city can be seen from the window. The following are provided: 2 towels, 2 small water bottle, hanger for clothes also there's TV with TV plus, cabinet, table and 2 chairs, water heater in the bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator can be used for additional payment. There's 7/11 at the UG of the building and there are many food shops around the area.
