位置距离芭东海滩有点远。前往芭东海滩，您必须乘坐 Grab，费用为 160 泰铢。房间宽度为100厘米，当时空调不冷而且很吵。我已经投诉了，但还是很吵。这个酒店很旧，建筑也很旧。当时酒店的客人很少。所以它也有点安静和可怕。押金为 4,000 泰铢。接待员不太友好。

First time i entered the room, TV and telephone were not working. We came to the reception to tell them to fix, but nobody came. Had to go one more time to reception to tell them again to have somebody fix it. The hotel is far from the beach, you need to use grab or rent bike/car. It is not accessible with foot (so many fast vehicle on the road and there was no road for pedestrians, plus it is like a hill, so it is quite difficult if you want to walk). Also, 7 eleven was quite far. The hotel area was quite dark, and most of the facilities was not taken care well (very old and quite dirty), especially the elevator. Welcome drink is not in the front of the reception, and took me a while to find it. When i need to call my tour about picking me up in the hotel, i asked one guy in the reception to call the number (it was a bangkok phone number, and i don’t have any thailand number so i cannot do it by myself). The guy commented the cost would be pricey if he made the call using hotel telephone in Phuket.

Nice place for stay, but the bed is not comfortable, hard, and old, not far from city and beach but a little difficult to get a taxi. I lost my inspiration there.

I don't understand the bad reviews from others—my family and I had a great time here. It's a good hotel with friendly staff. One thing that can't be avoided is the location on a hill. For me, renting a scooter made going in and out a bit challenging. That said, the hotel is amazing, and the staff are very welcoming.

I was stay in 106 for 2 nights, room is big and space also big, have small jacuzzi front but why put front of main road, Air conditioner (AC) very noise, water tap at bathtub so difficult to open, wifi always need to reconnect, furniture too old, and the bad experience is check in and check out process take so long Times more than 15 minutes to get room, and for check out as well, reception busy with they mobile phone not take care guest. Because the location is in the main road from Patong to Phuket town the road always busy with many vehicles but security in main gate not try to help us for cross the road

The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The jacuzzi is not clean, can hear the noise of next room 's compressor. Very old facility.

Stay for 3 nights, it's a good hotel. The staff are very helpful, the room is clean, and all facilities are good.

The water pressure was slow, when call desk, they send a guy, then the guy said there is a work going on sorry for the inconveince. Shud tell us early during check in, hotel is far from nearest palce, the transportation from hotel to town is expensive, no bolt or indrive drivers want to come there to pickup. Very difficult, almost 2000 bhat for transportation alone, if I took othjer hotel in town area. I could save the money. Name only 5 star hotel, but the facilites look like best range of 3star hotels. Overvall was okay.

Great facilities and cleanliness. It's worth the money. The resort is located in a very large area, ~10' driving from Patong Beach. However, my room had some issues when someone tried to open my door at night. Fortunately, I locked the door carefully and they could not enter. I called the receptionist immediately and they told me they would check, but then I heard no updates from them (not sure if they tried to check or not).

บริการแย่มากๆ เข้าพักที่นี่2คืน คืนแรกไฟดับช่วงตี1 แต่พอเปิดหน้าต่างดูห้องอื่นก็ไม่ดับ จึงพยายามโทรหา lobby ซึ่งไม่มีใครรับสายเลย แต่ด้วยห้องต้องขับรถไปlobby จึงรอประมาณ 15 นาทีไฟจึงติด พออีกคืนกลับห้องมาตอน2ทุ่ม ปรากฏว่าไฟดับอีกครั้ง จึงโทรหา reception คราวนี้มีคนรับจึงแจ้งช่างมาดู ช่างก็ทำอะไรซักพักไฟก็ติด พอช่างเดินออกไปจากห้องได้10นาที ไฟก็ดับอีกครั้ง จะโทร reception คราวนี้ก็ไม่มีคนรับโทรศัพท์ โทรหลายสายมากๆกว่าจะมีคนรับ ช่างก็มาดูอีกรอบ คราวนี้ก็คิดว่าไม่น่ามีอะไรแล้ว ปรากฏตอนตี2 ไฟดับอีกครั้ง โทรหาreception บอกว่าจะแจ้งช่างมาดู รอ10นาที ปรากฏรอ30-40นาทีก็แล้วก็ไม่มีคนมาดู โทรหาอีกรอบก็ไม่ติด สุดท้ายเลยลองปีนหาคัทเอาท์สับสวิตดูไฟถึงติด 2คืนที่พักที่นี่เหมือนไม่ได้นอนเลย รู้สึกแย่กับการบริการมากๆ คงจะเป็นครั้งแรกและครั้งเดียวสำหรับที่นี่

So happy to stayed here. I had stayed here already for second times and definitely will come back here again for next time. Room was clean and very comfortable.

เห็นเป็นคนไทยรึป่าวก็ไม่รู้นะ ฟ้อนขอบัตรประชาชนทุกคน บอกมากับแฟน2คนก็ยังขอ งงมาก พักโรงแรมมาทั่วประเทศ ไม่เคยเจอแบบนี้

เข้าพักห้องแรก E101 เสียงแอร์ดังมาก จนทางช่างแนะนำให้ย้ายห้อง จากุชซี่ก็สกปรก มีเศษตะไคร่ ใบไม้ที่ก้นสระ เต็ม น้ำมีกลิ่น จนได้เปลี่ยนห้อง เป็น ห้อง F101 เข้าพักไป แอร์ไม่เย็นเลย แล้วไฟดับกว่าไฟสำรองจะมาดก็ประมาณ 15 นาที พอไฟมาก็จะโทรแจ้งว่าแอร์ไม่เย็น ตั้งแต่2.30 จน6โมงเช้า โทรศัพท์ก็โทรไม่ติด กด 0 แล้วก็โทรเบอร์โรงแรมก็ไม่ติด จนต้องขับไปรถไปแจ้งที่หน้าฟร้อนเอง โดยภาพรวมค่อนข้างที่จะไม่ประทับใจอย่างมาก

ห้องเก่า ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาดมากๆ ที่วางสบู่มีคราบเหมือนสนิม บ่อจากุชชี่มีรอยเท้าย้ำอยู่ที่ขอบบ่อดูสกปรก ผ้าเช็ดตัวขาดเป็นรู งง มาก ไม่ประทับใจครับ เสียความรู้สึก :(

They checked me in very early. Many thanks to the gentleman working the front desk. I had dinner at their restaurant. The food was ok. However, they charged 75 Baht per water. Really? Normal is 10-30 Baht and its the same water that they place in your room as a courtesy. My bill should have been 400 Baht. Due to their service fee and taxes, it cost me 500 baht for one entry and 2 waters. I won't done there again!

Very nice hotel for the low price we got last minute from app. Many hotels were full and this one was full after we got our room.
