适合在家度假的好酒店

酒店舒适，位置靠近市中心。房间设施一流。

工作人员非常友好。只是我们房间的浴室有点脏，好像很久没洗了，因为上面有污渍。其他方面都很好，比如床、空间等等。❤️ 环境安全又方便。

谢谢，服务一流。空调他们帮我修好了，现在够冷了。

Serapi Hotel, Kuching was pleasant and cozy. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Hotel selesa dan memuaskan. Hotel juga menyediakan sejadah, peti ais, papan sterika, iron, dan tilam yang sangat selesa.

Hotel location to my event location is very convenient. Hotel Serapi still insist on deposit of RM100 even though it has been stated that no deposits will be taken in the invoice received from app. Room is just OK as we have to switch to another room due to air conditioning problem. Also, toilet door is faulty and had to push hard to close it.

The room and washroom were clean but only the bed was a bit hard.

This hotel near the tourist attraction, but if you guys want to park your car need to make an early reservation as it was limited car park area. The room that I've stayed a bit dirty, dusty, and their toilet have some mold at the wall. Lastly their restaurant service were excellent, their food were tasty.

Receptionisnya tidak ramah, check out harus tepat waktu, minta waktu untuk sholat saja kena charge kalau lebih jam 12.

1. Bilik untuk 3 orang yang saya tempah airconnya tidak sejuk dan telah ditukar kepada apartment 2 bilik yang amat-amat selesa. Terima kasih banyak-banyak kerana dapat menginap selama 3 hari. 2. Staff semuanya mesra dan peramah.

Good but deposit rm100 is expensive. Should get rm50 for deposit.

Saya diam hotel ini komen bilik ok cuma sarapan cawan untuk sarapan masih kotor kuning, tak bersih dan makanan sarapan roti paun berkulat funges dan hitam tak ada selera nak makan..takut sakit perut..sekian terima kasih..kesal sangat tentang sarapan sahaja..

The hotel looks a bit old and I do not like the bathroom which is a bit too low end. However I would say that the hotel is value for money for the amount paid. The room floor felt a bit dirty as well. The positive feedback is on the responsiveness and helpfulness of Serapi staff. Staff were quick to respond when I called room service.

Good environment💞 Bilik selesa. Harga mampu milik. Dekat dengan tempat makan. Tengah bandar raya Kuching, and the staff is very kind. 🥰
