Wi-Fi - 10/10 Big room!! Big CR! - clean with toiletries. Helpful Staff - 10/10 Lobby - is not air conditioned 😔😩 Ambiance is 👎 Dapat malamig po pag pasok ng customer. But we will go back! Hoping ma ayos na front office nila ❤️

Ac is not cooling properly..kettle is not working, no security guard on am shift duty, access card is not working that I need to manually turn on the lights and AC. I hate their water since it has softener which is hard to rinse off. Staff - the staff is friendly and accommodating.. the room is clean though..

Very clean and really quiet, an excellent stay with really nice, friendly staff. Check was easy and I'm happy to recommend 18 Suites to anyone looking for somewhere near Lahug.
