這次入住體驗非常滿意。入住手續簡快捷，工作人員熱情友好，反應迅速。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，環境舒適宜人。住宿地點位置優越，交通便利。總而言之，住宿體驗與應用程式中的描述相符，物超所值。以後有機會我還會考慮入住。

Tempat parkir nya agak kurang besar jadi harus berebut sama yang bulanan . Mungkin kedepannya harus juga prioritaskan tempat parkir untuk yang harian . Tapi kamarnya bersih dan juga safety terjaga 🫶

Kamar bersih dan luas. Hanya saja, akses jalan menuju hotel sempit. Tangga menuju resepsionis kurang friendly bagi orang tua.

Service nya buruk banget. Pas sampe, lift nya mati, disuruh naik tangga ke lantai 3. Pas nyampe lantai 3 malah disuruh tunggu karena AC nya baru mau di service dong. Lalu turun lagi lah ke lantai dasar, lapor ke receptionist. Si receptionist malah suruh nunggu juga 10 menit, lalu pas saat ke kamar si receptionist gak ada inisiatif buat bawain barang ke lantai 3 yang harus lewat tangga itu. Kapok pokoknya, service nya parah banget itu receptionist yang cowok. Kalau mba-mba yang bersih-bersih sih ramah-ramah semua.

Super clean, nyaman, enak, dan viewnya bagus. Minusnya ga soundproof dan kebetulan dapet tetangga kamar yang super loud. But other than that everything is good, the staff nice. And i loved how clean it was.

Nyaman banget, kamar luas, bersih banget, cuma sayang parkirannya rada susah dan masuk gang.

Kamarnya bersih, tidak begitu berisik dan lokasi sangat strategis mudah kalo cari makanan.

Kamar 106 diisi 4 orang dewasa. Berisik sekali. Jam 2.30 subuh pun berisik sekali. Saya disebelah nya, tidak bisa tidur. Hotel macam apa ini? Kok bisa diisi 4 orang dewasa ? :)) management hotel seharusnya menjamin kenyamanan setiap tamu. Ini tidak terjadi di The Nine Kuningan. Terjadi pembiaran kegaduhan di kamar 106 yang mengganggu tamu di kamar lain.

Tempat menyenangkan bersih, tp waktu cekout petugas nya bapak2 kurang ramah dan melayani orang dengan telepon orang lain.

entah sudah berapa kali menginap disini, nyaman banget apalagi tiap kesana saat kondisi capek, bisa istirahat tenang dan homey.👍

Our deluxe room is super cozy with nice ambiance. It's clean, spic and span, nice staffs and good housekeeping. The free wifi is okay. The bathroom is quite big and clean. No bathtub but the shower is nice. Things like plates, utensils and water dispenser provided at the pantry. Basic amenities like 2 free mineral water bottle, dental kit, shower gel & shampoo are replenished daily. The build in wardrobe is totally spacious. We also got a refrigerator and microwave at our room, so it's hassle free to keep foods cold/warm. The location is near Lotte avenue and a good distance from senayan park and ashtadistrict8 that we planned to visit. It's easy to online order food and transportation. The only down side is some lingering cigarette's smell near the pantry whenever someone smoke there, but overall it's 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'll say yes for 2nd visit. 😄👌
