I recently stayed at your property and would like to express my concern regarding the condition of the room and the overall service experience.
Although I was charged 500 baht for cleaning, the bed was not clean. I experienced severe itching throughout the night and was unable to sleep properly. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of mold, which made the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, the furniture was old and worn out, further reducing the comfort level of the stay.
There was no reception desk available, which made it very difficult to seek assistance or get necessary information during my stay.
The room rate was 1,040 baht, which may be reasonable for a group, but unfortunately, the condition and service did not meet basic expectations. In my opinion, the accommodation is not suitable for long-term stays or for guests expecting a minimum standard of cleanliness and comfort.
