酒店环境优美，非常舒适。景色宜人，从房间和泳池都能欣赏到日落美景。干净整洁。酒店适合放松身心，休憩疗愈。

当我需要为丈夫租一辆轮椅时，他们帮了我很大的忙。

这是我住过的最棒的一次！肯定会再来。

房间很大，但不是很干净。早餐时间，我们等了一会儿才有位子，而且我催了三次服务员才来清理桌子。

房间很棒，食物也很美味。员工服务一流。

房间宽敞漂亮，就是离IOI城市购物中心有点远。员工很友好。

房间里有我需要的一切：熨斗、吹风机、祈祷垫、迷你冰箱，还有一个可以放松的浴缸。早餐种类丰富，令人满意。唯一的遗憾是窗外施工的景象，但舒适的室内环境很容易让人忽略这一点。

We (family with 2 small children) stay for 4 nights. It was a nice stay. We arrived quite late around 8pm. The surrounding was a bit creepy at first as it was secluded on the top of the hill in the garden. There was no staff at the main door and we need to unload our few luggage on our own. The reception area was inside the main hall and was greeted by two receptionist. Not much greetings given. We ask for the porter and somehow the lady receptionist herself came and collect our luggage. The room was quite big, however it looks a bit run down especially the old furniture in the room. The TV cabinet and the toilet door seems very old. There was no table to put our luggage therefore we just put our luggage on the floor. Quite uncomfortable. It was a parquet flooring and very cold. No slipper in the room but the housekeeping manage to give us when we request for it. The bed was big enough and comfortable. The lightings in the room was good. Wifi is superb. There was a bathtub in the toilet, which a plus point especially when you travel with kids. But there was no knob for the shower. Only the pipe was working. good enough though. There was a separate shower. Very good water pressure but the drainage was slow that its flooding in the area. There were scum on the tiles at the shower area with watermarks. Maybe need some upgrade for the toilet. The door to the toilet was quite hard to open and close. When the morning comes, the hotel vibes changes from dim to very cheerful ambiance. Thanks to the natural lighting from the starlight roof. Very beautiful. The pool was a bit sad to see. no maintenance especially the toilet. it was so scary. One thing that bothers me much was there was a smoking area just besides the kids pool. around 2 metres from the pool. While waiting for the kids playing in the pool, there were 3 men was smoking there and it was so uncomfortable and very much bothering with the scene and not to tell the smell. Breakfast was ok.. everyday was nasi lemak day and quite salty to taste. but other station was good, especially pick your own fresh salad. very fresh and great idea. The parking was the other side of the hotel building but the was buggy service to pick you up to and fro the parking and the building. Very much convenient. Even though you arrived at the parking late at night, the buggy will notice you and came to pick you up from your car to the main door. the waiting time was also not bad at all. The kids loved it soo much. All in all, it was a nice stay. Thank you.

Good sides of the hotel The hotel's positive aspects The cushion and bed were comfortable. The air conditioner is chilly and works properly as well. Both the toilet and the room are roomy. The cuisine wasn't particularly good, but it wasn't horrible either. It's only mediocre. Nasi lemak's sambal tastes strange to me; it's overly acidic. There is room for improvement in the foods selections. Bad sides of the hotel -Lobby hotel Nobody showed up to get our bags and luggage. The level of customer service was below expectations. Only one of the three rooms I had reserved was available when we got there. And it was 4 p.m. when we got there. Since it's late compared to the original check-in time, I believe the rooms should be ready because it's late compared to the original check-in time. The receptionist didn't say she was sorry. Additionally, I have not been told the location or the hour of the breakfast buffet. -Buggy My brother chose to drop us all off at the lobby and then park at a much closer spot, which required him to walk to the lobby because the buggy to pick us up from the parking lot was extremely late. -Bathroom There is no fan in the bathroom so the water on the floor cannot be dry quickly. For the bathtub, the water temperature was not to be set to hot and the. And also the water in the tub cannot be drained. Only can use bathtub once. -Television The tv channels were not amusing. The tv itself was old and the resolution wasn't the best. I also disappointed when my hard disk cannot be played when connecting with the hotel's tv. I think the problem is that the tv is an old model so it did not support modern extension. I'm not writing all of these bad review to make the hotel's image becomes bad but I really hope the hotel will improve for better so that it can increase customers satisfaction and loyalty towards this hotel.

From checking in to the buggy drivers to the housekeeping to the front desk, ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and polite and helpful. Service is excellent. Only drawback is the renovations that start at 9 in the morning. Putrajaya is a great location. Home away from home, away from the city but still in the city kind of vibe. Lovely garden. Huge bathroom + bathtub was a plus point.

Everything was OK, but the air conditioner was a bit slow, a bit hot at nighttime. I requested a baby cot and a simple card for birthday wishes, and they provided it, thank you so much. I enjoyed the breakfast, so tasty, and a lot of choices, like the most curry lamb with pulut kuning 😍. Overall worth the price!

It was a 5d4n trip. Comfy and perfect. 😊. The breakfast buffet - I will recommend to try their fluffiest omelette.

Good service. Accomodative but not so for its room service. Its menu is not updated. Should inform in their chat app should the food ordered is not available.
