Nice staff and a clean hotel in Manila

Poor customers service. Need to be polite in some ways.

This is my 2nd time to stay here. My uncle are very tired, jetlag and backache. I am hoping we check in as early because we came it early like 12:30 in the afternoon. And I ask to check in 1pm but sorry they are not allowed to for early check in. Worst ever.

We had the most comfortable stay in Manila for 4 days because of Armada Hotel Manila! Staffs are also friendly and nice. Super recommended! 🥰.

Bad service..they upgraded me to premium but...cable is not functioning it took them several hours to.fix it. The room has a bad smell like sewage. Housekeeping staff knocked on our door and just opened it they lack massage therapist always..this is our 4th time to stay in this hotel

This property is very clean. The staff is very nice.

I had to pay 100 php for small towel that got some dirt while using.

the hotel is perfect for family, all staffs are friendly the room is big they have pool also and the food are awesome👍🏻 I book only one room but the problem is we need one bed and I call @ the front dest and I say I need extra bed and she said ok mam 1000 per night and I agree for the amouth.Then she call me back and said mam it ok we will open the other room so you can used it for free👏🏻😍 yay! I am so happy good job we will back again and again👍🏻😍

It was our first time to stay at Armada. The first thing I noticed was the basement parking. Parking area was not spacious and had a foul smell. My baby and I needed to rush to the elevator because we can't take the smell of whatever that was. But upon checking in, we did not have any problem. We chose to stay in a deluxe room. The room was clean and big enough for a family of 4. We also enjoyed the pool while watching the sunset. The location is also perfect. It is near the church, malls, supermarkets, restaurants and some tourists spots. Armada hotel is perfect for families, friends and tourists. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. We will definitely come back!

Reception very bad ☹️. Every time they cancel the card for room and not allowed the restaurant to give breakfast is this jail or hotel?
