房间打扫不干净，毛巾上有污渍。水槽里没有洗手液。房间看起来像廉价连锁酒店。

很高兴在这里呆了五天。

没有毛巾，我等了一两个小时。我跟进几次，但被告知毛巾还在洗衣房，还没准备好。空调也多次自动关闭。我通知了工作人员，但他们似乎已经习惯了同样的反馈。

位于古晋海滨附近的绝佳住宿地点。

总体来说还不错。下次再来这里吧。

i searched for accessible hotel and found out this hotel. but when I arrived, its not full accessed. as a wheelchair user, i am dissapoint that there are stairs to bath room, swimming pool, restaurant in 3rd fl and 18 flm even there is car, parked in the accesible road. hotel can be bettter by providing ramp, so i can recommend to disability communities.

Very poor housekeeping staffs and reception staffs. Housekeeping staffs were the worst and made us wait for two hours with excuse of cleaning cleaning and still cleaning. Reception staff gave a room to the customer who came after us. Room view not as good as given in the pictures. Despite being requested, still not of satisfactory. The price given is not reasonable. Saya bermalam di hotel ini untuk 4 hari 3 malam. 1. Malam pertama, tuala tidak disediakan, apabila maklum kepada pihak hotel, hampir 40 minit baru dihantar, itu pun setelah saya hubungi kali kedua. 2. Malam kedua, tuala tidak diganti pula, sedangkan bilik semua dikemas elok, terpaksa telefon hotel kembali. 3. Pada pagi sebelum malam ketiga itu, saya telah sampai kan pesan kepada pihak hotel untuk pastikan bilik dikemas dan kejadian pada dua malam tersebut tidak berulang. 4 Pada malam ketiga, sabun pula tidak diberikan. Pihak pengurusan Hotel Riverside, you must do something with your staff, perkhidmatan Kemas bilik (room service) sangatlah teruk.

First came in, the toilet could not flush. Then there were no towels, but the staff was very friendly, and I very much enjoyed the very comfortable room, so I give 5 stars.

1. The pillow was thick and hard. 2. The bathroom sink was clogged. Despite maintenance coming to pump it, it clogged again. 3. Room keycard has to be reset multiple times, allegedly because it came into contact with a phone, which never happened at my other hotel stay. 4. Some issue with towel supply as it was outsourced for cleaning, so it was slow to restock. There was no towel in the pool counter one morning, so I had to go up again to the room to get ours. Everything else is excellent. Happy to see locals being employed and not foreigners.

Kamar luas, booking superior room dapat executive river view, sangat dekat ke waterfront, sarapan variatif, wifi 👍🏼, shower 🚿, bisa titip luggage walau sudah check out jika ingin berkeliling kota, kena charge Malaysia tourism 10 RM per night. Kekurangan hanya di amenities tidak tersedia toothbrush and paste.
