The conditions of the room was terrible. No water in the morning & the room were very dusty and unclean. The hotel staff were not friendly and checking in process took very long time.

Hotel ini cukup tua sehingga banyak fasilitasnya yang tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, salah satunya AC sentral yang kurang dingin, kamar mandi di mana wastafel kurang berfungsi baik, tapi staf hotel sangat ramah walau sayang bahasa inggris kurang lancar. Hotel ini ada sertifikasi halal dari MUI Thailand, dan satu yang paling penting apabila staf hotel meminta passpor untuk ditahan sebagai jaminan, langsung saja tolak dan minta jaminan dalam bentuk uang, karena apabila passpor kita hilang bisa runyam.

Overall, I think the hotel is good. However, there are rooms for improvements such as: 1) We were unable to turn off or adjust the temperature of the aircond in our room (629) as the switches were not working. We have to pull off the room key to switch off the electricity in order to turn off the aircond. 2) It would be nice if the hotel can provide kettle for its customers as there was no kettle in our room.
