pros-the swimming pool is great. good for kids. -the room is quite spacious. -the staff were very helpful cons-the furniture looks a bit old. very similar to The Northtam All Suites.

Wow amazing view at penang island malaysia. Sangat recomended untuk stay disini fasilitasnya oke kamarnya luar, kolam benerangnya enak. Cuma makanannya aja perlu di tambahmbahkan sama yang rusak-rusak di ganti, bole kepo gak ini yang punya hotel org india yak wkwkwk mantap lho.

Kids pool under renovation. Quite frustrating! Food ok.

It’s not well maintained. Carpet is dirty, sound of the A/C is loud. We went into the room with lights not working, Not too sure if the room was not occupied for long time, because the lights blew already.

No WiFi can be accessed. TV channels are not tuning correctly.

I didn't enjoyed with this hotel, smell, so many needs maintenance, ac not cool, wifi super bad, and the breakfast need improved, not tasty at all

Kamar oke dan besar banget hanya sayang barang-barang dikamar seperti sofa dan gorden sudah sangat kotor bahkan sobek. Tapi secara keseluruhan hotel ini oke.

although the room had some smell, not really a bad smell, but overall, it is nice. we enjoyed staying there

Long time taken for check in & check out. No towel in the room, feedback from operator towel will ready at 8pm. Management should well plan to cater big crowds since all rooms fully booked. Breakfast paid during check & were told just mention the room number upon breakfast BUT not found in listing at coffe house. Luckily I bring down the receipts.

AC yang rusak, kamar sudah tua.

Carpet floor was so dirty and never cleaned up until we have to ask to vacuum. Microwave was so dirty! Didn't change the towel, we ask for new and never come. There's a blood on my linen and the housekeeping didn't change it. Very noisy hotel. Wifi so badly ever! The lift operating only one, we have to wait almost 15minutes to go up and down. Very disappointing hotel i've ever come !

the hotel is old. even the room is big but the room you cant really say is clean. house keeping didn't clean the properly. hotel is noisy because other guests bring a lot of family members (children), the pool always crowded in the morning and afternoon. lifts are wet. you can even step on uneven floors. food stall quite far. you can only finds seafood at night. to the plaza takes 20mins walking.
