On site parking was convenient and safe, restaurant on site was great and very nice for breakfast.

We were originally put in room 304. There is an exhaust system from the downstairs restaurant that causes an ongoing droning sound in the room from the time the restaurant opens until a couple of hours after it closes. When we advised staff, they moved us to the only available room the next night. Sadly, I think our comments were not the first time they’d heard the issue.

We loved our stay here! The staff were super friendly and the room was beautiful! Would 100% stay here again. Great location too!

Our room was clean & well -appointed. The hotel was close to the Shaw Festival & downtown shopping etc.. We would stay here again.

This was a last minute booking for us. It seemed more like a boutique apartment complex than it did a hotel, but not really in a good way. The shower was very frustrating because you had to wet with cold water to turn it on. The room was VERY cramped and felt more like a dorm room from the 80’s. It is really quite far from the main sections of town to walk, which was another disappointing aspect. They apparently had bikes you could use, but we were not told about the amenities when we checked the in - including anything about their restaurant. Everything else was “fine” but way over priced for location and offerings. Maybe if you were a part of a club with reciprocity or something the rates would be more reasonable? In the room booklet it did say you could borrow a fish for your room if you were lonely or wanted a “vacation pet”….

Fantastic boutique Hotel! We Will definitely return for another stay. Close proximity to the shops, restaurants and entertainment. On site complementary parking was an excellent perk. Looking forward to our next getaway.

Clean with modern bathroom in a great location. Dinner at Zees Wine Bar & Grill was arguably the best meal we had during our vacation.

We loved that it was walking to stores and restaurants on the main strip. The staff were very helpful. We loved Zees however found that it was closed at times when we wanted a drink or a snack.

Expedia was a very frustrating experience. I could not extend my stay online through Expedia, full stop. I will avoid booking through Expedia in the future as any changes, cancellations or other issues that need to be addressed are consistently met with resistance or impossibility.

Our room was super cute and cozy, and the best part was it was within walking from downtown NOTL. We had a great stay!

Beware of Club rooms! These are only accessible by a steep staircase and are off the parking lot in a separate building. This is my second stay and I was happier in the main building. The bar doesn’t open until 5:00 so if you’d like a drink after a matinee - look elsewhere. The staff is friendly and I will stay again - just not in a Club room.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a large shower with rain head. The staff were all extremely friendly. The location is awesome.
