On site parking was convenient and safe, restaurant on site was great and very nice for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We have been visiting Niagara on the Lake yearly for decades and this is our first stay at Shaw Club Hotel. Our room was spotless. The linens for the beds and bathroom were very good quality. With the exception of a few noisy neighbours, the hotel is very quiet. Our only criticisms are the poor lighting and lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. As well as the extremely difficult tap to operate in the shower. Of note, the receptionist did not inquire about our stay when we were checking out.

The room is a bit smaller than other hotels but it is well laid out and inviting. The bathroom is very boutique chic, with a nice big shower stall. The one disappointing amenity was the Nesspresso machine which was dusty and required cleaning badly. Even the box containing the K-cups could use a thorough dusting. The staffs at the front office were friendly, efficient and very accommodating. The location is ideal, across from the Festival Theater, adjoining the Zees Restaurant, within 5 minutes walk to other restaurants, and 10 minutes walk on the main street to the Court House Theater, shops and more restaurants. Nice hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The Shaw hotel was a lovely experience. Located right in the old historic downtown within walking distance to the Shaw theatre and many stores and restaurants. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The room was quaint and very well maintained. This was our first time there and we definitely will be going back.

Great location and lovely room. Restaurant connected did not open until 11 am but found a great bakery down the street. Fantastic staff.

The Shaw Club Hotel is an excellent spot to stay and enjoy all Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer. Walking distance from all the theatres and shops with a full restaurant and bar on site. Can't wait to stay again!

This was our first time here. We really enjoyed the stay, the convenience of on site restuarant and bar. The food was delicious and wait staff were very friendly and helpful. The convenience to the old downtown area is a plus too. We would definitely go back again to The Shaw

We had a great experience at the Shaw Club. Room was cozy and comfy. The walls seemed a bit thin, could hear a lot in the halls etc. but that’s prob typical hotel. Would come back. Great location for walking around town also.
