I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.

It’s great that we got free upgrades for 2 nights. The service is also good. The only thing which might need improvements is the daily room cleaning.

Great location in the center of Sofia, you can just walk for 3 minutes to see the beautiful Sofia church. Wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel! 5 stars recommend！

A lovely hotel, my room was exceptionally clean with great city views as it overlooks the Tsar Osvoboditel Boulevard & Monument and very close to Sofia University & the Bulgarian Parliament. Superb breakfast and super friendly staff.

La habitación con buen tamaño, pero lo más importante - el colchón es demasiado duro. En el baño todo muy básico- champú y body loción, no había condicionador. Decepcionante para un hotel de 5 estrellas y con esta ubicación.

Room was spacious, bathroom large and well equipped. Very clean. Breakfast was substantial with plenty of choice. Excellent location.

un buon hotel nel centro storico di Sofia vicino alla cattedrale centrale. Servizi molto buoni, colazione eccellente, camere e letti molto buoni. Stile dell'hotel un poco datato e superato, ma nell'insieme lo consiglio a tutti. Accanto all'hotel vi è il Casinò con accesso libero (identificazione e registrazione), presenti slot machine e tavoli di Roulette.
