服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。 早餐多士嚴重燒焦。 房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝 ，非常 嘔心 反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開 ，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口 任何人都可出入），根本冇窗， 因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺 ，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。

Overall, a good place to stay overnight or a short break. Staff are friendly and helpful, and location is great for access to local amenities and attractions. Downsides: - Parking; a little tight - Breakfast menu; limited to just cereal, toast and full english (but that’s more of an us issue than the hotels!) - No shower mats, so a little hazardous - A lot of stairs, so not ideal for those with limited mobility, or in our case .. a 2 year old who insists on being carried everywhere - Limited menu for dinner, and not the best quality of food - Rooms are quite humid and stuffy in the summer

Nice little hotel with a restaurant and bar, the food was cooked very well and served hot. A full English breakfast was cooked fresh from ordering and served piping hot

Lovely stay at the Bull hotel this weekend, amazing breakfast cooked every morning by the owner Craig. Room was clean & spacious, comfortable beds.. only issue was having no fridge to keep drinks throughout the night cooled, other than that perfect. Even the little cake shed from Tom was delicious! Locations great too. Thank you for a brilliant stay Craig & team 😌

Breakfast was made to order very fresh an served with a smile, great atmosphere and the meal on the Friday was excellent. 10/10

Great location and dog friendly. Our first visit with our dog and would highly recommend. Loads to visit and see. Main beach was a 25 minute walk away as well as the castle. Pen Y Pass around 50 minutes away. Breakfast included as well!!

Food was outstanding, staff great and great bar service. Room in places could do with a spring clean.

An old pub in the centre of Abergele with friendly helpful staff, good food and good beer. The room was well appointed with modern fittings and tea/coffee making facilities. The full English breakfast set us uo well for the day.

Great location and easy check in and access after hours

Firstly, the member of staff working at reception was very rude and unhelpful. When I asked about parking, he told me that I should not expect a parking space. This was very disappointing because your hotel advertises that parking is available on site. Secondly, the room conditions were unacceptable. The heating in the room was switched off in am morning and the room was extremely cold. To make matters worse, the window in the room was broken.The girls from the pan was very nice ans helful.

This the 4th time at this hotel and booked again for july frindly and welcoming.

Very happy with everything

Friendly helpful staff. The food was nice but dinner service had to finish at 7.00 pm on the night I stayed due to it being quiz night which is perfectly understandable. It felt like a real locals establishment.My only criticisms concerned the size of the bathroom towels which were not a bath sheet and the lack of topping up of the shower gel / shampoo container in the cubicle itself.

I encountered a staff member who was extremely unprofessional. When I asked for help with a problem, the response was, 'That's your problem, not my problem.' This demonstrates a complete failure in guest relations.
