Perfect resort at northwest coast, my family had a great stay at the resort.

We liked the ocean view room and the deck. We had privacy which was nice. Access to the beach was nice, but lots and lots of stairs, so not accessible for everybody. In the bathroom, unfortunately, there was not a single hook or towel rack for bathrobes or hand towels to hang on. Our dinner in the restaurant was outstanding.

The old rooms carpet is horrible- moldy and damp. This place needs a remodel on the older side of the resort before people should be staying there. The smell from the carpet was awful. I didn't even feel comfortable having my bare feet on the carpet. location and property was great otherwise.

After the initial shock of the old, in need of repair, resort, the hostess was lovely, explained everything & checked us in to the renovated portion! Our room is lovely, well appointed, has an incredible view, & is wonderfully quiet!

Friendly staff, clean room, beautiful view and very comfortable bed. Pool and hot tub were great as was the steps going down to the beach. There was some renovations in progress which is reflected in the ratings. The restaurant was closed so we had to drive to go to dinner which was disappointing. We only stayed one night and wish we had more time!

Stuff is friendly and overall clean room except some minor things. Unbelievable location, great view.

Terrible frontdesk staff. One of the girl who checked us in was very rude.

Location is fantastic. Room was good enough. Beds were perfect. Had issues with lights not turning up. Heating coils are a bit old and could be better. Linen clothes appear to slightly old. Again, I am not fussy about them usually but purely based on the money we spent, I felt it's basic. Overall good experience. We would visit again.

We loved the seclusion and peacefulness. We loved the pool but werent happy with fact the restrooms were closed

Our room had great views of the water off our balcony. The room was large, clean and top-notch. Parking was easy. Great selection for breakfast in the morning. Drive to grocery store for snacks was very close by. Highly recommend this location.

The rooms were spacious and very clean and the food at the restaurant was fantastic.

Ganz furchtbar runtergekommen, wir wären beinahe gleich wieder ausgecheckt wenn wir nicht schon 360€ für eine Nacht in dieser maroden Hütte gezahlt hätten. Totale Katastrophe.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This unit is NOTHING like the images on the Expedia website or the Ocean Crest website. The property is in poor repair and I suspect the wiring is not up to code. Lighting fixtures are hung from the ceiling with cords stapled to the wall and plugged into outlets by the ceiling. Other lights just don’t work. There were bugs on the floor, damaged doors, broken cabinets, curling vinyl flooring, torn couch - basically everything was rusted, torn, or broken - including the oven. I suspect this space should not be rented out legally. The vibe is 1970s trailer that has been allowed to fall apart from age and use. I complained to the manager and she did not offer any apology or effort to rectify the situation. She gave the excuse that photos of the room are accurate - but they are not! None of the images show the disrepair. This hotel represents itself as a “Spa Resort”, but this is truly a misrepresentation on every level.

love that there are stairs that lead directly onto the beach and the staff there were all so lovely and friendly. stayed in the king suite, with a lovely ocean view and seemed pretty newly renovated. Loved sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea. would definitely stay again.

Beautiful area. Had restaurant attached was expensive but excellent. Waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms needed towel bars in bathrooms. Other than that very nice.

Quite off main routes location

Very little shared outdoor space near the hotel. The older wing's standard rooms are musty, have dirty carpeting, and haven't been updated since the 70's.

Very clean. Nice view from balcony.

Beautiful beach and green for miles and miles

Great vibe. Kind of old school but the dining was 5 star! Staff was awesome and friendly.
