If you are like me then after a long day of travel you want a clean comfy bed and a hot shower. This is not the place. The shower was warm at best. the shower floor felt mushy? As if water had gotten under there and rotted everything away. The headboard of the bed had a lot of noticeable stains (I don’t even want to know what from) and the bed wasn’t even comfortable. You can’t lay in the center, it’s raised up form just the center, so it’s constantly tying to role you offf.

Rooms are compact but comfortable and clean. Old Street station is very close too.

I like the staff because they were all very hospitable. Especially Sarah who went an extra mile to assist me when I went out sight seeing. Her advise about transportation, shopping and taking the train everywhere I wanted to go, were excellent. I certainly will return in the future. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay, the bed was very comfortable and their amenities were very good as well. very close to the tube station and great bus services.

El check in fue bastante fácil de realizar pero el aire acondicionado no enfriaba absolutamente nada. Había 27 grados en la noche

Eg og min datter hadde ei overnatting der, service innstilt og hyggelige ansatte. Dessverre så var det skitten og mykje støv på rommet. Sengtøyet var reint.

Luktet svært dårlig på rommet. Fikke byttet etter 1. natt. Bortsett fra det, helt ok.

The first and the most important thing i t was the toilet inside the room, everything from the restroom ( smelling, noises etc) comes in the room. A shy person can’t choose that room style or even to visit that toilet. Also the room doesn’t have fridge and wardrobe too ( only some hangers ( modern screw)in the side of the room. No fresh air at all ( the window was locked)

Nice comfortable bed and room, decent facilities, and a good central location. Reduced stars because we had workers redoing the floors right outside our room at 9am. Wouldn't have minded as much if we'd been warned but was quite loud!

Lovely and clean hotel. very helpful and professional staff.

The staff here are so customer friendly always greet you with a smile. The wine and cheese on Saturday evening was a delight. The hotel is very friendly and clean.

Hotel is in a great location very close to Old Street Station. Loved the complimentary cheese and wine on a Saturday night. Room was tiny which we expected but the bathroom has only a glass partition and even though it looks like frosted glass its completely see through so you can see the other person on the toilet! Most off putting and wouldnt consider staying again purely because i like a little more privacy

Terrible AC that doesn’t stay on when you leave the room to try and cool it down. Massive window shade wide open eating up all the sunlight and heat upon check-in, took hours to get room cool enough to rest in.

Very close to the Old Street tube station with grocery stores around the block. Water pipes / toilet made frequent banging noise when doing a short flush for 30 minutes; not a problem with a full flush.
