Quite hard to find. Located in a area of small streets. Nothing fancy. Small bathroom. Clean and efficient.

Good location good breakfast fair price. Close to main bus station (5 min walking), nice area. Not that clean and the toilets had a smell I think there are better places in that price and area

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was adjustable for each room. It was conveniently located in the Gion area, making it easy to get around.

So glad we stayed at this gem for our brief visit in Kyoto. I have no regrets except for that we didn’t stay longer! Hosts were so incredibly kind from the moment we checked in until we left. We arrive a few hours early and they let us check in early. Our room was the biggest we stayed in out of all accommodations in Japan. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were so thoughtful and useful. They provide pajamas and they were so soft and comfy! Location was perfect too. Right in the Gion district, but tucked away in a quiet street that felt like you were out of the hustle and noise. There’s a sweet potato cafe around the corner that we frequented and a 7/11 up the street. Highly recommend staying here over all the other chain and fancy hotels. Thank you for having us and making our last nights in Japan so warm and inviting!

Close to major touristic spots.

The property was a little pricey but extremely well location in Gion and a great place to be situated in Kyoto. I would consider staying again

This is the perfect location to the Gion District but also easily accessible to other places around Kyoto. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and its close to Kyoto station. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. Its a quiet area as well, so we slept well.

Very nice property, however dining options and ourside activities were expensive, uber is a must, very limited dining, other than that nice hotel

Delightful, friendly small hotel conveniently located with free breakfast and helpful staff. The room and bathroom had all conveniences I needed. I'd return if ever I was in Kyoto again.
