Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel Excelsior verbracht. Glücklicherweise erhielten wir ein renoviertes Zimmer, das modern, sauber und insgesamt sehr angenehm war. Das Hotel selbst wirkt jedoch insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bietet wenig Besonderes. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die tadellose und sichere Unterbringung unserer E-Bikes. Dafür stand ein geeigneter, geschützter Platz zur Verfügung, was für uns auf einer Veloreise besonders wichtig war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung und ausreichend, konnte uns aber nicht besonders überzeugen oder positiv überraschen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel durchaus geeignet, vor allem wenn man eines der renovierten Zimmer erhält.

Very helpful with storing bikes and parking car

だいぶ以前に泊まったことがあり、再訪。駅からすぐで翌日パヴィア修道院に行くのに荷物を預かって貰えてよかった。 部屋は大き目のスーツケースを広げるには無理だったが、それ以外はリニューアルされていてとてもきれいだった。

Well located hotel, next to the train station. The staff were incredibly helpful. They made a reservation for us for dinner and an absolutely amazing restaurant that we would have not found otherwise. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is not included in the price but it is well worth the cost as it is excellent, with a lot of options and great quality. The only complaint is that there is no sound proofing in the hotel so you can hear everything in the hallway and even when the people above you have a shower. The rooms have mini fridges, which is nice too.

hotel comodissimo, vicino alla stazione, ristrutturato recentemente (almeno così sembra), pulito ed ordinato. Le camere a piano terra sono comode e per niente rumorose. la colazione a 8 euro non è assolutamente conveniente per chi fa colazione dolce, ma per chi aggiunge il salato è più che discreta. Ci tornerei

Nette gerenoveerde kamer. Receptie en ontbijtzaal beetje oudbollig. Maar wel in orde allemaal.

Nice 3-star hotel a few steps from the station and the city centre. Some rooms have been recently renovated - our room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a nice shower. We’d definitely stay again!

A kettle/coffee machine in the room would have beenf appreciated. At the very least a complementary coffee - this is one of the only hotels I've been to that don't offer coffee/tea in the room.

The gentleman at reception was very helpful and parked our car for us in their garage. The room was quite small and needs some modernising but it was comfortable. There was a small empty fridge and it would have been nice to have had a couple of bottles of water. The hotel’s location is excellent and close to everything by walking. The breakfast was fine and all in all we were happy with out one night stay.
