Room was very clean. Everything worked. Parking was convenient. Well maintained. Wi-fi was spotty and water had a bit of a smell, not sure if facility uses a well? Location was very convenient. Would stay again. Bring your own drinking water. Restaurant not open at time of visit so cannot rate.

No ice machine. No Kleenex in room although spot in vanity for Kleenex. To few towels. Was a two double bed room only had towels for double occupancy not four. Same with pillows only two pillows per bed, should have been four. No dresser in room to store clothes. Had to keep in suitcase. Ok for short overnight stay but not for extended stay. Did like TV with Amazon FireStick and ability to access Netflix, Disney snd Prime video with own account. Dec my size 42in TV. Don’t think this was in room description benefit if it was. Property was under renovation, not mentioned on website at time of booking.

Stayed here for 1 night in my way further north. The property was clean and the rooms were newly renovated. I would stay here again.

Clean room , great parking, air conditioning

The room was clean and spacious. It was quiet and peaceful location. But there was no coffee maker in the room.

At the time of our stay the hotel was undergoing exterior renovations but we were not in a renovated room. When we first arrived the room smelled very musty and you could see that the room had likely been flooded at some point. The ac unit worked but was very noisy. However, the room was clean and it was quiet. The staff was friendly.

Very dog friendly and close to the outskirts of town which was our preference. Basic motel met our needs.

I chose value hotels when I am on the road. In this particular case I stayed at this Motel 6 to be in close proximity to friends. I won't return. To be fair, they appear to be doing some upgrades but for the the current condition, the location and the comfort I think it should be priced lower. The building is sketchy looking from the street, the halls are dog-eared and worn. The room has been updated with the cheapest of materials. I can tolerate all of the above, but the window AC unit was noisy, so I turned it off. Regardless there was some other continuous loud noise (sounding like a compressor or refrigeration unit) somewhere nearby that was disturbing. There are much better choices in Sudbury.

Did not like this place at all. Found gobs of hair at the bottom of the inside of the fridge. So same cloth to wipe the floor and fridge. The guy came to look at it and gave us $50.00 back but would never stay again.

Nice clean place, doing some renovations. Ample parking and would stay again for a night while travelling through Sudbury.

I like to stay at motel 6 as they are consistent in their standards which means I can expect something service wise that is consistent and I don't have to worry about where I'm staying

The room was very spacious. It had a table and two chairs. The room was clean but the table and one of the chairs were covered in something very sticky (that is why we gave them a three for cleanliness). They had a closet. The picture one reviewer showed of the toilet paper in a yellow space was for the extra toilet paper roll, which was nice. Much better than having the extra roll sitting on the back of the toilet. Parking was good. The motel was convenient for us as it was close to the highway.

Good A.C. Okay parking. Building is under construction as of June 2, 2026, so it didn’t look all that nice on the outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice, clean washroom. Nice, cleam room.
