Overall, this was a really good stay. Our room was clean, however, some of our towels had stains or hairs on them (like the clean, fresh ones we were supposed to get). Breakfast was 9/10. The pancakes were amazing, eggs and breakfast meats were also really yummy and fresh. I didn’t try any of the other items. The potatoes were so so, and the juice was awful. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the cheap styrofoam cups and flimsy lids were atrocious. Staff were mostly nice, but definitely didn’t go out of their way to be helpful/friendly. Super conveniently located with lots of food/dining options nearby, in addition to shopping.

Doors and rooms wasn't well noise reduction. We heard the room above us and noises outside the door. It was really loud.

Restrooms are disgusting and the shower was black and had hair in it

My sink in my room was clogged. I mentioned it once and it was fixed immediately. Thank you for your quick service!

My AC went out had a few room left , quick and easy to reserve a room. I stayed there for 7mos during the Freeze and although I wanted to be home the stay there was so comfortable. Definitely the reason why I went back. Thank you

Looks like a fairly new property. Very clean. Courteous staff

The room had a strong mildew smell upon entering that emanated from the bathroom. The air conditioning did not cool the room. The second night they moved us to a second room which cooled marginally better and had an even more noticeable mildew smell. We ended up checking out a day early. It was very disappointing because we have had wonderful experiences at other Holiday Inn Express properties

Friendly staff, check in was amazing. Stayed for 3 nights and not once was the bathroom cleaned. The toilet had a ring when we arrived, same ring was there when we left. The tub stopper was broken, it would not fit back into tub. Had to put a towel in the tub to step on because it wasn't cleaned prior and even the next day it was still there after we can't back from an eventful day. So we knew right away they didn't even clean out attempt to!! I would come back for the customer service but not for the cleaniness of the room.
