Hôtel offrant des chambres spacieuses et propres Le petit déjeuner est copieux et adapté aux allergies alimentaires ( sans gluten sur demande) Le personnel d’accueil n’est pas très agréable . En revanche, le service du soir et du petit déjeuner est super. Francavilla fontana est une ville animée et agréable qui mérite une visite.

A very clean, tidy and comfortable 3 star hotel that I surmise is family owned and possibly operated. I stayed out of season in April and it was very quiet. The breakfast is continental: mini croissants and viennoiserie ( chocolate and fruits), chocolate biscuits, fruit juices, cappuccino, espresso, cakes, tarts and tiny packs of Italian toast to enjoy with excellent butter and jams. There were some Italian businessmen staying and I feel that this kind of fayre is what is expected. There are no chilled charcuterie that the Germanics and Norse curiously find appetising at 7am. The room was very clean, the shower gel was a standard hospitality product ( this is not Forte Dei Marmi with its seaweed olive oil local product linkups). The shower was powerful, hot and the towels fluffy and white. There was some noise from a local apartment where a party was held that annoyed me at 2330 hours but reception was correct when I was assured the cacophony would cease at midnight. It did. All in all, a pleasant stay and very welcoming and professional Italian staff offering their Apulia version of the hospitality for which Italy is world famous.

Personale gentilissimo bella struttura dotata di ascensore camera molto accogliente e dotata di confort..aria condizionata e TV con sky..ambiente pulitissimo letti super comodi bagno pulitissimo e dotato di molti asciugamani e shampoo doccia ..c è anche il phon..ci ritorneremo sicuramente

La struttura è curata, le camere sono spaziose e il personale è cordiale e preparato. Colazione ottima e abbondante.

Ottima location a francavilla Fontana. Ci vado spesso per lavoro e mi son trovato bene. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. A piedi si può raggiungere tranquillamente il centro e provare i numerosi ristoranti ,trattorie e pizzerie.

We booked the last room at this hotel during a stopover between larger cities. As we checked in, we were surprised that our room was in the basement - and not just us, but it seemed a small wing of rooms was built into the basement. The receptionist told us the room would be cooler than the rooms above ground due to the August heat. Our agenda had us away during the day and we only expected a decent sleep. Exactly what we got, and the place was very clean. Breakfast was a bit sparse for our expectations.

Very nice but shower was very tiny. My husband would not have fitted in to it. Luckily he wasnt there
