Recommended teman-teman, bagus, cuma ini apartemen milik pribadi ya. jadi kalau mau check-in, telfon pemiliknya dulu, apartemennya di dalam mercu summer suite ya, jangan sampai tersesat, ini hotel kemana-mana dekat.

1st, it was not easy to enter the property because the receptionist said that the property is belong to personal (Ms. L***) Then, the staff named Mr. Saw, asked me RM. 60 for first time I arrived at the room. He said I should to pay it for the maintaining the room before I entered. The cost is different with was I paid to agent. But, when I stay at the other apartment in Malaysia (also booked via Traveloka), I just paid guest tax as much as RM. 10 only as the instruction from the government. The positive one is the property is good, clean and tidy.

There was no phone number to contact when we checked in, we must get the help from app hotline and wait almost 2 hours for the key. We booked a studio for 3 pax, but they didn’t provide blanket and pillow for the 3rd person.
