Good location for Nis center, but what made it exceptional was the staff , Mila was so friendly and helpful checking us in , and the morning people were excellent both in doing their job but saving me from a dead battery problem on my check out , they truly had my problem solved in a short time, so grateful for the help, they were 5 star service,thanks

Perfect location and a very beautiful, clean and unique hotel. Fantastic staff! Loved our stay here. Perfect choice for a visit to beautiful Niš.

Parking space was limited to 3 reserved spaces on the main street. The breakfast was not up to par with the overall hotel amenities. Apart from that, it was an impressive, clean place to stay. Recommended.

Elevator going only till 3 floor but it is a 5 floor building, they laying about free parking and because of that I payed a ticket

Excellent receptionist on both days, there were really helpful especially as I had to cut my trip short by one day.. Eventhough the sink was cracked and the plug in it didn’t raise, I thoroughly enjoy the quirkiness of the hotel. I’d go again.

Small loft hotel located on 3rd floor of building. Only a few rooms. Quaint, modern, clean. Near restsurants, shops.

Staff is very nice and always there to help. We were given a free upgrade to a nice room. Rooms are clean and comfy, hotel was a little hard to find but it made it a fun adventure. Good location, was able to walk everywhere. Good stuff

The Hotel is located very centrally, within walking distance to the pedestrian zone and the Fortress. The staff is extremely helpful and went way and beyond to make us feel welcome. If needed, they also offer help with your bags since you have to walk up a one flat of stairs.
