The apartment is great, everything is excellent and clean, the kitchen has sufficient equipment for cooking. One bad thing is there are a bar at G/F, some noise there still late night.

The apartment is nice. Close to the tourist area. Facility inside is great. I love this apartment

Very convenient. No response from staff. Loved staying there though. Very nice place. Spacious, clean, modern. In the middle of a great area.

Bad customer service from Acco Staff, literally forced to check out at 1am (Even though 11am checkout is standard). Broken door lock for bathroom on one of the apartments I rented.

The pictures online about the apartment are misleading.. sewer smell in bathroom, shower curtain was stinky.. they use the term luxury very lightly... great location and proximity to dining and shopping... this also made it noisy till late..

It is clean but no elevator, no shampoo, no body wash. This is very basic apartment not luxury.

Great location- close to everything and clean. Bathroom was a little dated but the apartment was lovely. Bathroom had everything and very adequate. Would stay there again. Street parking is free from 4pm to 10 am

The place has no toiletries even though it is mentioned in their email and the staff want pictures and proof that there are no toiletries. The place can get noisy on weekends, we never got view anything on TV we could not locate the remote

No elevator. Super inconvenient to take luggage up on 2nd or 3rd floor. Broken locks Too noisy Hot, no temp control

It was fantastic. The walk up the 3 flights of stairs was well worth it. The only suggestion is to have paper towels available for guests to use.
