Beautiful grounds with access to the water! Good breakfast and excellent restaurant on site. Would recommend to anyone

A great choice for a stay before leaving from FCO. ONLY AN HOUR AND A HALF.

Ho soggiornato a Villa Domizia per qualche giorno e devo dire che è uno di quegli hotel che riescono a farti staccare davvero dalla routine. La posizione è splendida: direttamente sul mare, in una zona tranquilla dell'Argentario, con una vista che da sola vale il soggiorno. Tutto è estremamente curato: dal giardino alle aree comuni, senza risultare eccessivo o troppo formale. La camera (con vista mare parziale) era molto confortevole, pulita e ben tenuta. Una nota speciale va allo staff: sempre gentile, disponibile e mai invadente. È il tipo di accoglienza che ti fa sentire ospite e non semplicemente cliente. Si percepisce una grande attenzione ai dettagli e alla qualità del servizio. Molto piacevole anche il ristorante, soprattutto per una cena vista mare al tramonto. La qualità dei piatti è buona e il contesto rende l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. In definitiva, un hotel elegante ma non pretenzioso, immerso in uno degli angoli più belli della Toscana. Ideale per una fuga romantica o semplicemente per concedersi qualche giorno di tranquillità davanti al mare.

This property was excellent! We got a junior suite , Room 306, which had a small balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. You get to pick what lawn chairs you will be using and they remain yours for the entire stay! Brilliant. Nice patio bar and area for lunch. Quiet, chill with some families.

What an incredible villa in the perfect location! Ideally situated near both Porto Santo Stefano and Orbetello, it offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. My suite was beautiful, with stunning sea views that made the stay even more special. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast featured an excellent variety of options, and lunch on the patio was equally delicious, with a lovely setting to enjoy the surroundings. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience feel effortless from start to finish. This place is truly a hidden gem, and I’m so glad I discovered it. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful gem in an incredible area. Monte Argentario is a bit off the beaten path compared to the more popular spots of Italy, but that’s what makes it so special. Not overrun with tourists, just peace and serenity. Great place for a quiet get away. The hotel has an incredible pool area, great rooms and is positioned on a gorgeous cove. Highly recommend

Great property in the off season, imagine it is a lot busier in the summer months. Courteous, helpful staff, ample menu choices and convenient to the little town of San Stefano.

Very nice hotel , great food and beautiful view .

Hard to get to without a car, we came by train and the buses were difficult to figure out, staff was not able to help with knowledge about bus stops. We came at the end of September and the weather was beautiful (mid 70’s) but we were unable to use the pool or paddle boards because the hotel insisted it was not the season to use them and they didn’t have a lifeguard available, despite the Expedia listing saying these would be available until October. All together the accommodations at the hotel itself were excellent but there wasn’t much to do at the hotel and it was difficult to get to nearby towns which have things to see and do.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Domizia. The staff are incredible! They provided the best service and were so helpful. The hotel is more of a boutique hotel so it wasn’t crowded with people. We loved the pool and private beach area. It was fantastic to have beach chairs to ourselves with an um real everyday steps away from the bar. They have excellent cocktails and delicious food options. The complimentary breakfast was very good (buffet style). We tried their restaurant and you can get just as good food with better portions in the nearby Porto Santo Stefano (8 min drive) for a much better price. Only other comment was that the rooms are quite small but the amazing views they have made it all worthwhile. Absolutely will stay here again!

Excellent stay and hotel.

Wonderful place, could use a shuttle service to town, we would go back. The location for chilling by the water was really good, not much around without a car, but it’s a nice destination in itself. Quintessential Italian in all the good ways.
