- 2 hari sebelumnya saya ambil hotel juga di KL lewat traveloka juga. saya tidak ada di charge RM 10 lagi yang katanya untuk tax. Tiba disini, saya di charge RM 10. nah lho, kenapa beda beda? - staff front office itu seharusnya ramah, jangan galak.

Ok, mantap.. Insyaallah next ke sini lagi, ok

Pros: Location was great right opposite Larkin Bus Terminal. Plenty of food eateries, 7-11 and KK Mart. There's qiblat direction in the room for Muslims. Iron & ironing board along the corridor for usage. Upon check in, there's a towel and toothbrush/toothpaste travel pack provided. Wi-Fi accessible in the room and I was given a lower floor as per my request. Cons: The room was not like the photo in the app website. There's no mini fridge and no shower gel in the shared toilet. *NB: Cash deposit of RM$50 and tourism tax of RM$10 per night upon check in.

Lain kali utk resepsiont dibaca baik2 saya pesan jelas jelas single room dengan kamar mandi pribadi. dari harga aja udah beda, dan tertera jelas, ukuran kamar pun berbeda tetapi tetap dibagi kamar yang tidak ada dengan kamar mandi nya. Harus shared kamar mandi, tau seperti ini kenapa saya gak bayar dan pesan single yang no toilet saja? Tolong lebih cermat lagi

Upon arrival, I was surprised to discover that there was no window in the room. That's why the room was expensive for the price, $19. The staff at the hotel reception were not helpful and were clearly bored with their work. The only kind person who was very helpful was the maid. It was also good that the shared toilet and washroom used natural, chemical-free soaps and shampoos. This is a very appreciable and environmentally friendly act by the hotel owner. There is no wheelchair access and access for people with disabilities is difficult or even impossible.

Hotel yang sangat buruk! Kamar banyak kecoa kecil-kecil, receptionis judes dan tidak pernah senyum. Kebersihan kamar menyedihkan! Seperti seprei bau debu, gelas bau busuk, kamar mandi licin karena masih banyak sabun di lantai yang tidak di bersihkan. Pengalaman terburuk menginap di Hotel ini.
