The hotel itself is great, but the lady who helped us to check in wasn't very nice and not being helpful. However the male employee worked at the front desk during our last 2 days of stay was very nice and being helpful. The room was very clean, and had a view of the lake. I'd consider staying at another hotel next time when I visit my family in Sugar Land.

Being they are $50 more expensive than the Hotel next door, I would think they’d at a minimum have complementary coffee. I had to purchase my coffee and they didn’t even have hot coffee for sale. Everything is self serve from a reach-in fridge and convenience store uneventful snacks. Overcharging for those items. Very disappointed they charged so much and we got so little. Not going back. Not a good value compared to other options.

Property in itself is fine, nothing special or different from any other hotel. Would be nice to have at least two bottled waters and the ice machine on the floor did not work and elevator is very slow to arrive.

Had issues checking in, got to the room and it smelled horrible so asked for a new one….staff wasn’t really as friendly as other places…

Pls improve cleanliness and update the facilities and appliances (ie. air conditioning & bathroom door locks). Thank you!

Only one elevator

The back scenery was beautiful recommend 100% kids had fun in pool watched people canoe staff was great nice and friendly also they have maintenance at all hours if needed. will be returning soon

In town for a concert, excellent location & room at a reasonable price. Pool photos were a bit deceiving. It's a tiny little pool and not near as many lounge chairs available as in the photo. It was a clean pool and we still enjoyed our stay.
