Phone not working. Wifi awfully slow.tv not working. All Electricals useless in poor condition. Pathetic staff and owner. Doesn’t feel like a hotel. I think expedia gets xtra money for selling rooms in such hotels Never again will trust Expedia

Great location

Location is fantastic, Bentota beach is lovely and quiet. The hotel has potential but is old and especially the bathrooms need major improvement. Staff is friendly but very undertrained, and slow. Wifi was working well, beeakfast and food was not very good, but there are nice restaurants on the beach close by. The suites do not have a balcony so we degraded our room to the standard one. In general we had a nice stay in Bentota but the standard of this hotel is NOT 4 stars and it is overpriced for what you get.

Äußerlich ist das Hotel eine schöne Villa, das Personal ist auch nett. Dennoch sind die Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad total alt und runtergekommen. Alte kaputte Fliesen, verkommene Badewanne, kein Duschvorhang, viel zu kleine Toilettenbrille schief drauf montiert.... Das Essen ist echt spärlich. Für den Preis absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

WOW! This hotel is going through a refurb- our room was fab- we had an executive uite, the sea view was amazing. The food was great, to be able to eat on the pool terrace and walk straight out to the beach was amazing. The hotel was clean and the sfaff freinedly and super attentive. Mahesh who worked in the hotel looked after us liek royalty and we canot thank him and his team enough. The chap that worked in the dining room (i cant remeber his name) had seen i loved the fresh fruit every morning, so one day suprised me with their best fruit platter. Such a kind gesture. We couldnt have asked for ant more from the hotel and staff. The staff really made it perfect.
