Good decoration and good services.

Clean, well design and comfort hotel. The loft is bright and clean with good view of the garden and cruise. Underground car park charges 12 pounds per day. But it is more cheap to park just outside the hotel, very convenient. Walking distance to city centre and shopping mall. Recommend

Loved this hotel. Loved the decor, staff, location and breakfast. What I didn't love was that the pictures posted on Expedia showed a much bigger room than I got including space for a couch. We could barely squeeze by the bed whereas the two other couples we were travelling with did have rooms as advertised.

Really unique property. Nice and clean. Nice friendly staff. Lots of little extras that were helpful. Games, market bag, coffee, tea and real milk.

Fantastic loft lounge and paid parking at the rear of property. Staff were great, couldn’t of asked for any more for a family of four and 2 young children.

Very good room overlooking the park. The heating worked well and quickly. The kitchen/diner area was very convenient. The breakfast choice was limited and quality average. We didn’t try an evening meal there.

Fabulous hotel from home, great facilities, lovely cafe and fab staff. Definitely staying here again!
