此住宿地點位置便利，位於心齋橋，靠近火車站。

i stay for 2 nights, hotel staff very friendly and helpfull. the surrounding area is good, location near tourist location, but the room is dusty, i can smell the dust, eventhough they have air cleaner, it was not helpfull at all. other than that, everything was okay. I hope the hotel management can improve the cleanliness quality, so that next time I stay, I won’t get a dusty room again. 🙏😁🙏

Lokasinya sangat bagus , kamar juga cukup luas, ada sauna n onsen walaupun agak kecil tapi bolehlah

Hotel strategis dan bagus di daerah Shinsaibashi. Lokasi dekat dengan stasiun Shinsaibashi, pusat perbelanjaan Shinsaibashi, Dotonburi. Fasilitas lengkap dari kopi, teh, dan roti gratis dari jam check-out sampai malam, laundry, vending machine. Dan fasilitas yang paling saya suka adalah berendam air hangat, dingin, dan sauna di lantai 13. Cocok setelah seharian jalan, berendam, pegal hilang. Kamar tidak terlalu besar tapi nyaman. Sempat ada sedikit miskom, minta kamar non-smoking tapi dikasih smoking. Tapi mereka menawarkan untuk di-deodorize setiap hari. Pelayanan sangat memuaskan. Rekomen ke sini kalau menginap di Osaka.

Sama dengan pengalaman sebelumnya. Overall mantap lah.

Lokasi dekat ke Dotonburi dan stasiun kereta, yaitu sekitar 200-300 meter. Ada roti dan kopi pada jam tertentu. Staff dan kamar mantap lah.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, kamar bersih walaupun kecil tp cukup nyaman untuk bertiga hanya saja koper agak sulit dibuka di dalam kamar tetapi itu tidak masalah, staff hotel menyenangkan dan informatif serta membantu dengan baik. Fasilitas hotel bagus ada laundry berbayar, hot spa atau public bath gratis. Perlengkapan mandi sangat baik.

Proses check in simple. Staff ramah. Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Lokasi strategis.

The room is a bit small but still very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the pillows are a bit too small; however, the location is very good, near many things.

Great Hotel, good service and location. Rooms are a bit small, but that's pretty much normal for an average room in Japan.

We are 3 persons in 1 rooms and we stay 5 nights there. We get 2 double bed. The rooms really great, clean and we can open our 3 big luggages. Which is superb, the location near everything such as department store, food to eat, station, kombini store. There are washing machine with coins and vending machine. You can get drink hot tea and bread every afternoon at lobby hotel, but the hotel didn't provide mineral water. Surely when we go to Osaka again, will stay at this hotel. Thanks.

ทำเลดีมาก อยู่ย่านร้านแบรนด์เนมมือ 2 เสียอย่างเดียวให้ checkout 10.00 น. เร็วไป และจะ room cleaning ทุก 3 วัน คือถ้าจะให้ทำวันต่อวันต้องชำระเพิ่มประมาณ 2000 yen

Gosh! The receptionist did not do proper check about my booking, She asked my husband to pay during our check in, thank God his memory is good he remember that I have made an online payment. The staff did not even say sorry. Location wise is OK, 10 mins from Dotonbori, sorrounded by a lot of Clubs and restaurants. The shower room comes with bath tub, my daughter loves it.

Good Location and service. Hotel have onsen at roof top.

Hotel location is good, just 5 mins walk to Shinsaibashi and train station, easy to find food and ahopinh. Hotel provide free coffee tea and bread on the adternoon.

Excellent location. The hotel receptionist was so helpful.
