We had a wonderful stay at the Peppertree Hotel in Bend! The location is perfect—just a short drive to some of the best hiking trails and right near tubing on the river, which made it easy to enjoy Bend’s outdoors. The rooms were impressively large and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to relax after long days out. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I really appreciated how convenient it was to purchase extras like candies, waters, or even an additional room through their self-service iPad system. Overall, a great mix of comfort, convenience, and easy access to Bend’s natural beauty. Highly recommend!

Loat a star due to their breakfast not so great. I was excited when i booked this place that there was a restaurant and bars. Turns out they dont. No restaurant or bar. They have a little 3 seater in the front to serve a couple alcoholic drinks. So for food either go into town or take a short walk up the hill for food.

Property advertising a lounge with food and drink options, staff informed me it has been closed for quite some time, little disappointing as this was the reason we chose this property over others, and paid more for it.

Would definitely stay here again! Everything was nice, modern, and clean! Hotel was dog friendly and great to know for next time! Check in to check out was super easy. The bed was a little too firm for us, maybe have a matress topper as an option. But other than that everythingnwas great even breakfast! Wish i would of taken pics of the hotel, everything was nice and decorated very well throughout the entire hotel!

I’m actually planning on making a formal complaint with Best Western. Smoke rolled into Bend from a wildfire and the staff had no idea how to switch the a/c units to recycle internal air and thus were flooding the room with smoke. It woke me up in the middle of the night. They had no portable air purifiers available. This is a place that gets wildfires every single year. They should be prepared to make their internal space as livable as possible.

Great place to stay didn't care for the breakfast it was pretty uninteresting and Bland dining room is way too small for the amount of people I would not recommend the breakfast

Room was very nice with a great bathroom and comfortable bed. Light housekeeping would be a big improvement - just emptying trash and making beds would be nice. I like that it is ecological not to change towels and bedding, but just checking to see if we need more tp and emptying trash for us would be nice.

Front desk wasn't very kind, breakfast was normal things. Bed was very uncomfortable. They do not change your sheets or towels and we were there for 4 days had to ask for new towels.

Dirty sheets , closed restaurant and a million text from the dang place asking me all kinds of questions. They also tried to ask me for money every chance they could .

Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Unfortunately, two issues spoilt the stay for us. Whenever, the toilet was flushed in the room above, it sounded like thinder. And the a/c compressor was right outside the room window, and very noisy when it came on. Both issues were a problem to getting a good night's sleep. We reported them to the front desk. Except for promises to look into it, no compensation was offered for such a highly rated and expensive room. We would not stay there again

The staff is hard to work with when you don’t book through them. We had issues with our reservations and the front desk staff were very rude when trying to resolve the problem.

Great location near trails. Clean comfy beds, updated rooms, staff was kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great and up and coming! We were so happy to find a room with a King and two queens for our large family! The hotel is very clean and updated. Close drive to restaurants and the old mill district. The only feedback I would give regards the breakfast. I felt it was a little lackluster.
