房間很大很乾淨，雖然離車站有點遠。

Proses check-in dan check-out mudah walaupun tanpa ada staff. Semua serba mandiri. Tempatnya enak dan luas, cukup untuk 4 orang. Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan stasiun kereta dan Dotonburi.

The room was amazing for 4 people that we choose. The location also quite but near to some areas such as glico running man, station and convenient stores. The hardest one only when we do the check in, we did not receive any email as per information in the platform of booking from 72 hours until the day we came, they put the information only in Japanese, we also found one family also feel the same with us until we inform them. Since the people coming and stay not only Japanese, we suggest to give information in English as well. But we still love to stay there again if we visit Japan again because we love the room and the facility inside.

We did not receive check-in details and we all showed up in front of the apartment and could not get in. Forestay's did not work but fortunately they replied quickly to our emails requesting ID, photos of guests etc. We got in after waiting 1 hour in the rain. Pre-communications prior to check-in was horrible (non-existent) from the Forestay. Property was comfortable, spacious and good facilities in the kitchen, laundry and bathroom.
