飯店員工熱情友好，房間舒適，而且毗鄰AK Plaza弘大購物中心，購物十分方便。飯店週邊餐飲選擇豐富，弘益大學站就在飯店對面。

人太多了，連吃早餐的地方都沒有。

員工熱情友善，樂於助人。飯店位置極佳，距離弘大站僅幾步之遙，前往機場也非常方便。房間乾淨整潔，舒適宜人。總而言之，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗。

KS ngay khu Hongdae kế bên trạm tàu điện Hongik University (Exit 4). Bên dưới KS là trung tâm mua sắm, ăn uống, cửa hàng tiện lợi.

The hotel location is great but the room is so small and We booked family (3persons) room but at the hotel they said that it was only for 2 (even though the room had a double bed and 1 single bed) so we had to pay extra for the 3rd person. It was so strange and we argued. Then because of that we got breakfast coupons for 2 persons and the day after we could get 3 breakfast coupons (but we could only use 2 coupons because the coupons were switched, wrong date 😂). The room we stayed at was to small for a family room, there is no wardrobe and we could barely move freely in the room. For us it was not worth the price as this hotel is very expensive. We don't think that we will stay at this hotel again with such expensive price for small room.

Excellent location. Easy accessible to Hongdae Metro station. Hotel room is clean and neat. Daily breakfast provided. Selection not a lot though.

The room I stayed can't see the outside view at all. The window facing inward of building can see the corridors and walls only.

Holiday Inn Express Hongdae is well known for its amazing location, right above Hongik University subway exit no 5 & ak plaza (which is worth at least a walk through with many interesting stores like SPAO, CU minimart, several boutiques and also a tax refund kiosk on the ground floor. Because of that, the hotel is extremely popular and busy with tourists both overseas and locals alike. Despite the many front office counters and staff, I find it a bit too busy for my utmost liking. Also bit of wait to go up to the rooms with only 3 elevators to accommodate all guests. However extra points for them to provide complimentary breakfast which is quite comprehensive with Western dishes as well as Korean and Asian like mapo tofu + frice. Cereals, fresh fruit are included also. Room facilities were good, water pressure also great. Appreciate the soft & firm pillow choices but missing bath robes. Also I feel could do better with room noise proofing as could hear voices from adjacent room especially doors slamming late at nights.

I do love this hotel. Very clean, cozy & close to the most crowded street at Hongdae. There are many stores in its lower floors. Do recommend!

Best location! It’s located at center of Hongdae. The building is attached with department store which provide all things you need. The subway station, bus stop is just in front of hotel. Room is clean, cozy and comfortable. Thank you for offering me an early check-in due to the available room. I really had a great time here and surely back here for my next visiting Seoul.

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan stasiun hongik univ. Stasiun exit. 5. direkomendasikan banget. Kalau ada kesempatan pengen menginap lagi disini

Lokasi strategis, kamar bersih, menu sarapan banyak dan enak. Yang terpenting bisa naik arex airport langsung tanpa angkat koper, tersedia escalator.
