Awesome hotel!!

我們住在面羊蹄山的兩人房，每天在房間的時刻都可以欣賞羊蹄山不同的景觀，真的非常難忘！房間很寬敞舒適乾淨。早餐也是超級豐富絕對好吃級別，每天有生魚片魚子等鮮食，我最喜歡新鮮玉米湯和咖哩餃。小小建議，房內廚房垃圾桶雖然有塑膠袋封住但還是需要定期用水清洗桶身才能完全去除味道。旅館自己有溫泉但溫度不高。整體來說

非常好的住宿體驗 很合適長住

View of Mt. Yotei from the floor to ceiling window was so enjoyable and one of the best in Niseko. Room, restaurant and overall service (reception, shuttle, onsen...) are impeccable! Ski equipment rental/valet service is what amazed us the most. For sure we’ll come back next year for the convenience of skiing to Gondola base from the hotel side door direct.

Excellent facility and service, great breakfast and location too. Will definitely come back again!

The hotel is very nice. Our 3 bedrooms apartment have very big living room and kitchen with nice mountain views. Location was excellent for ski in and ski out, friendly ski valet service. However, Kumo restaurant is a last place you want to go. Breakfast was not bad, but dinner was very disappointing.

日本設備 美式經營 不懂英文還會被歧視 一到現場都還沒登記，送行李人員就一直急著要我的房號，想請問是急著下班還是送客？就如同其他留言一樣，這間飯店真的對服務員避而遠之，尤其是櫃檯人員。還有好多不好的經驗，越打越氣，懶得打了，反正這篇之後也會被業主花錢刪掉。

room is clean and spacial especially the bed and blanket are super comfy . however , the toilet is not as clean as i expected as a 5-star luxury hotel , where i find water drop on the toilet seat when i first come in. Quality of the KUMO restaurant is awful too , there is a salad bar serving rotten grape everyday morning and staffs were gossiping customers which is very unprofessional ... since the hotel is quite new , i believe they need some more time to adjust and improve the service quality . but the ski rental shop is really a surprise ! staff there are very helpful and gears are offered at a reasonable price ( i think similar to Rhtymn?) i had stayed in the SKYE niseko , the Maple , KI niseko , IVY Chalet , Hotel Alpen Niseko in the hirafu area and amoung all these , i would say SKYE Niseko has the best room but i like the Washing machine inside each room in the MAPLE, and hotel Alpen niseko and IVY Chalet have the best breakfast in term of food variety and taste ., and finally Ki 's private onsen is my favourite .

酒店很新，服務很好，廚房設施齊全，洗衣機除了洗衣功能還有乾衣功能，超贊.酒店自助早餐好吃，多選擇.酒店地點近滑雪場和welcome centre, 但因為酒店位置最高，如果要步行去其他食店，便利店，有點不方便

舒適的套房，位於雪場旁也有方便的接駁車

温泉やサウナ、朝食も豊富でとても良かったです。眺めも素晴らしく、良い思い出となりました。 どこのスタッフの方も常に笑顔で優しく、とても親切で丁寧に接して下さり、細やかな心配りが素晴らしいホテルだと感じました。 大変お世話になりました。 また宿泊させていただきます。 その時はよろしくお願いします。

温泉ということですが、循環式なのかもしれません。貸切風呂もあまり感動しませんでした。外国人が脱衣場に靴のまま入ってきました。日本人は相手にしていない対応です。

また利用しようと思っています。

夏でしたがニセコのロープウェイに近く眺めが良いところです。ホテルの部屋も広く清潔で素晴らしいです。駐車場も個別に確保されており気遣いも徹底されている

De lo mejor en Niseko

Very nice rooms and amenities, breakfast was excellent! I will recommend this place. Some improvements are1. hallway temperature is way too warm, shower water pressure is poor even after their attempt to fix in one of our 2 bathrooms. Entertainment system is Apple-based without any Android options. The screen mirroring performed poorly with only music. The worst experience is prior to arrival. The reservation team refused to change my 5-day reservation to move one day earlier without charging me $560 to make the change!! I contact them more than one month prior to arrival. Money was more important than good customer service. It's very unfortunate.

Small onsen, breakfast restaurant not much space for customer in rush hour(7-7.30 am). Not worth for money in overall
