二条城が近く、朝気持ち良くジョギング出来ました。料金が高いと感じたため、評価を４としました。

La chambre était relativement grande

部屋はきれいだったので快適でした。キーレスなのが良かったです。

A pesar de que es pequeña en habitaciones a lo que uno esta acostumbrada es muy acogedora, comoda e incluso me gusto qje la cabecera tiene la conexion de luz para teléfono y demas Lo recomiendo mucho

チェックイン時の対応がよくなかった

It was good for a 3 night stay. A little bit small to get your luggage sorted but we managed it bc we got a 3 bed room instead of double room :)

We liked how it was close to stores and restaurants, however it was too small for us. But it served its purpose.

Without warning on the extra charge on the last day of stay, it charged extra for just 20min extra stay than the expected check-out time. First time I ever saw during so many years of hotel experience in countries. It feels like this hotel is hungry for charging customers money.

The location of the hotel is good - very close to the Nijojo Castle and close to subway and bus. The check-in was a little frustrating because none of the staff spoke English. There is a smoking room just beside the check-in desk, so the first thing you smell when you walk into the building is smoke. The place is bare-bones - rooms are small but adequate, no ice machine or ability to get ice at the hotel, no vending machines or food. The worst problem was the internet - when it worked, it was extremely slow. Half of the time it didn't work at all. The staff did their best to try to fix it, but it never worked well. Unfortunately, I can't really recommend this hotel.
