The family room is nice, except that the glass door of shower room is damaged, quite dangerous indeed!

This place has another name of Grade hotel (The service apartment is located right behind the Grade Hotel. The views of the place are quite good from 27/F. However the place itself is quite old and some of the stained.

位置方便，好近地鐵站，與服務台聯絡需要利用WeChat 太不方便，最匪夷所思的是半夜零晨時間玻璃幕牆外工人在吊船上工作，引致吊船不停撞擊牆壁，製造極大噪音，引致整夜難眠，直至半夜三點找服務員上房理論及投訴，擾攘一段長時間聲音才停止，本人已經不能再繼續入睡，嚴重影響精神。不明白酒店為何會這樣安排？

The clouds was everything it said and more. I highly recommend The Clouds, also it's in the Grade Hotel ,
