Very clean room with comfortable beds. Breakfast that is included is just ok. Good if you have kids but otherwise I would go elsewhere.

Quality of food for breakfast and variety was poor. Service for daily clean was not great.

Our group of four were bike riding the KVR. After a 50 km biking day, the Oliver Coast Hotel was simply amazing. The staff immediately helped us securely lock our bikes. The hot tub was clean and really hot. Property located conveniently to yummy pub where we could watch Stanley cup finals. Beds were super comfy, temperature amazing. And lastly, woke to great hot coffee, and a solid breakfast. We will Be back. For sure.

The property is located in center of Oliver. Initially the room that we had assigned to us looked clean but after further inspection, the sink in the bathroom had a big crack and it appeared that someone had tried to disguise the crack with something. There were cracks int the bathroom tiles and some were missing pieces of the tile. The faucet in the tub was very stiff and hard to operate. The room needed to be updated and repaired. The breakfast had all the basics and included some hot food which was very good. Despite the issues this property is still a good place to stay.

This was my third time staying here for the Oliver Triathlon and it’s the perfect spot. Always clean, helpful staff, good continental breakfast, good parking situation, and close distance to Tuc el nuit lake for the race. Highly recommend this spot.

Pretty worn down for the price charged.

Overall the hotel is good, very noisy when facing the atrium. Building seems to be dated compared to other hotels in area.

Small rooms, small beds for4 people. Minimal breakfast.

The breakfast is about as boring as I one can find. When we entered our room we found various items left in the room from the previous occupants and when we opened the shower curtain the next morning to have our shower, the shower curtain was stained with blood!! The room attendant did not replace the coffee creamers or sugar daily resulting in having to go to the dinning area to get cream and sugar in the morning, the glass glasses provided were very dirty and our room door was left "open" one day after the room attendant had beeen in the room. So to sum it up we were "very" unhappy with the room service and will be chosing another hotel chain in the future and will not be recommending your chain to our friends.

The stay was pretty good this time, we were there for 4 nights. One negative was the AC in room 417 had a loose cover and made a loud buzzing noise when it was running. Pressing on the plastic shroud with my leg stopped the buzzing, so it’s loose. Breakfast was simple, scrambled eggs and sausage with bagel/bread/waffle selections. Coffee was Starbucks, really appreciated the hot chocolate pouches for mocha’s. I did utilize the EV chargers, unfortunately they are only NACS Tesla chargers, so bring your J-1772 Adapters! I had mine and only one of the Tesla chargers (one with the long cable) worked with the adapter. Lots of EV’s just used the 110V plugs with their own portable chargers. Wish they would install a couple J-1772 chargers. Good location, right on the river. Nice for walking along the trails. This is a wooden construction hotel, so the usual door slamming, kids running in the hall noise. The cleaning of the room happened late, usually 5pm+ for us. We didn’t mind as all we wanted was towels and garbage removal.

Nice place to stay while visiting wineries. Large room. Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice, corrected a screw-up on our reservation and gave us an upgrade! We'll definitely stay there again.
