This post is regarding payment- I accidentally booked a hotel room twice within a few hours at this hotel (for 2 nights) because I was sent an email through Expedia to finalize the booking- so I did and was charged twice. Both Expedia and this hotel refused to refund and cancel my booking even though I immediately contacted the company and explained the error to both parties. I was left to pay for 2 rooms (for 2nights). Greediness! I will not use Expedia or this hotel again. And funny- they will not post my review/feedback. Shat a company.

Aurasia Beach Hotel’den memnun kalmadım. Personel beklentilerimin çok altındaydı ve yardımsever değildi. Maalesef tavsiye etmiyorum.

Geçen sene de bu otelde konakladık.Temiz bir otel.Girişte bizi bir hanımefendi karşıladı otel müdürü olduğunu söyledi.Rezervasyon sistemde çocuk bilgileri çıkmamış çocuklu olduğumuz için daha geniş bir oda hazırlattı bize kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz seneye de gitmeyi planlıyoruz. Eleştiri olarak buzdolabı asla soğutmuyor. Plaja dışardan yiyecek içecek getirmek yasak ama otelin yiyecek içecek fiyatları çok yüksek.Bir su 60 tl olmamalı. Otel kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterli değil

This hotel DESPERATELY needs (to be sterilized) renovation. The wood door frame in the bathroom was literally rotting with hotels and cracks in it. There were dead mosquitos squashed on the walls. The elevator has a strong stench of mold. The bed is terribly uncomfortable and way too soft. Broken light fixtures. The sinks are all clogged (we switched rooms and still had a clogged sink in the bathroom - it was gross). The breakfast is seriously awful. There is nothing redeeming about the breakfast. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the ocean-front view and sweet staff. However, it is located near a terrible nightclub called Batman that plays awful music until 12:30 am. Seriously can’t believe this hotel charges so much for such a low quality hotel that needs updating BADLY. The bathrooms are gross.

Fantastic beach front location, beach towels provided and use of sun loungers on beach infront of hotel, room had fridge and tea and coffee within room, nice big shower, and hairdryer but take your own as ot wasn't great. Beds were really comfortable, room was clean and quiet, AC worked well. Room smelt fresh on arrival but did smell a bit musty. Balcony was tiny and too hot to sit on, we were located on the first floor next to another hotel whos Air Con Units blew hot air constantly 247. Only bonus was towels and wet swim wear dried quickly. Breakfast was ok, you won't go hungry but hot food wasn't hot enough and butter wasn't cold! Was like oil when opened as nothing chilled .....good value for money but you get what you pay for

Çok iyi idi, personel ilgiliydi ve güleryüzlüydü, otelimiz temizdi, sadece küçük bir sorun park yeri, araç çıkartıldığında tekrar yer bulamama durumu vardı, bzi ailecek çok meönun malduk, her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Otel çalışanları oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, otel de düşündüğümün aksine çok hoştu. Hem odalar hem kahvaltı hem çalışanlar çok iyiydi

Otelin temizlik açısından problemi yok

Odalar çok temiz ve kahvaltısı çok güzeldi.

Resepsiyon gayet iyi karşıladı ve ilgilendi. Oda temizliği ve temizlikçi bayanlardan memnun kaldık. Sadece yatakların yayları sanırım bozulmuş biraz göçüktü. Onun dışında gönül rahatlığıyla gelinebilir.

Çok güzel 2 gün geçirdik. Otel konumu ve misafir perverliği çok iyiydi. Harika bir kahvaltı ile otele ait plajda zaman geçirdik.

Otele gece varmamıza rağmen sorunsuz yerleştik. Odayı biraz fark ödeyerek denize bakan taraftan alarak çok doğru bir karar verdik. Manzara şahane. Oda ve banyo geniş ve yeni. 2 adet tekli yatak istemiştik. Yataklar çok küçüktü ama problem olmadı. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Otel çalışanları bazı misafirlerden şikayet aldı. Plajda servis çok yavaş. Ödemeyi odaya yazdıramıyorsunuz. Yedikçe/içtikçe ödemeniz gerekiyor. Havluyu içeri kadar yürüyüp resepsiyondan almanız gerekiyor. Akşam restaurantta çalan müzik hem çok yüksekti, hem de bizim tarzımız değildi. Civarda yürüyerek alternatif yeme içme mekanları çok seçenekli. Otel Uzunyalı bölgesinde en iyi otellerden birisi. Tavsiye ederim.

The wire from our room was fantastic. The area where the hotel was placed was also extremely good. The could be a little bigger but okay for some days. The personal were not so really nice. You could get the impression that they did not like to work there. The services were according the personals mentality, also low. We missed hospitality from the hotel personals.
