Overall hotel is reasonably good, staff friendly and breakfast is ok. Location is good nearby tube station and St. Pancras station

整體住宿體驗還不錯，服務人員態度很好，就是房間空間在倫敦實在很小，但整體上來說還可以，離市區距離也不遠，值得推薦。

There is no elevator, need to share the toilet and no water supply the shower in the top floor. I’m stayed one night with 2 guest, room fare breakfast included.

My kids and I had a wonderful stay at the Arran. Location coild not be bettered for aalking about to the British Museum and anto the National Gallery and the West End. The Arran Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast included is really good too. I can thoroughly recoomend a stay here. Thank you all at the Arran House.

Hotel in ottima posizione. Letto ad una piazza e mezza anziché matrimoniale. C'era un odore veramente sgradevole in quanto senza finestra. La stanza non è stata mai pulita. Asciugamani da viso, uno in due. Lavabo minuscolo. Doccia e colazione apprezzabili.

Arran Hotel é bem próximo das estações Saint Pancras e Euston! Tivemos uma ótima estadia. Café da manhã simples, mas bem variado. A rua é bem tranquila. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, principalmente da recepção.

Die Zimmer sind sehr eng und mit dem einen Fenster schwer zu lüften, dadurch sehr warm - der Ventilator war Gold wert! Durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße und der Nähe zum Krankenhaus sehr laut. Insgesamt aber vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut! Lage sehr zentral, wir würden wieder hier wohnen

Very charming hotel. They also offer a good selection for their breakfast buffet.

Las personas en recepción fueron muy amables. La limpieza de nuestra habitación fue terrible, no había toalla de manos, nunca recogieron los cojines del piso, se linitan a tender la cama sin sacudir. Desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos hubo un tenedor entre la cama y la pared, el mantenimiento es mínimo, las cortinas sucias y caídas, una lámpara no servía.

Det var ett mysigt litet hushotell, fina rum Nackdelen är att toalett inte finns på rummet utan de finns i korridor som man dela med andra gäster , toaletter samt dusch. hölls rena . kontinental frukost va riktigt bra kunde vart lite mer val på pålägg samt dryck.

The hotel it self is very well located, looks a bit old but room was clean, impecable staff very welcoming. My train arrived quite early and the staff let me place my luggage on a stock room (thank you) so I had a chance to sightseen before check in. Room was clean, shower did not have much pressure but really comfortable indeed. Breakfast was good, just had a small sandwich and a cup of tea but there were fruits, yogurt (do not expect I to have a wide option they keep it simple but nice) - as over all I will chose one again this hotel same room with private shower and WC as there are different options.

Jag och min 13-åriga dotter var på weekend och sov där i 3 nätter. Jag var oerhört lättad över att vi fick ett nyrenoverat rum med eget nyrenoverat badrum! I övrigt kändes hotellet misskött och frukosten och dess ”matsal” (i källaren) gjorde att man tappade matlusten totalt, så vi vände och käkade ute istället. Personalen var dock trevlig och sängarna bäddades varje dag samt sopor tömdes. Läget var toppen! Gångavstånd till mycket.
