This hotel does not have frills and the rooms and property is a bit dated, but you pay for the incredible views and location. The room was clean and probably the best view from the shower I’ve ever seen.

Chambre propre avec très jolie vue. Par contre la salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais d’un autre âge. La vue depuis le balcon était très belle

We hadden een erg mooie ruime kamer. We hadden een kamer met bergzicht geboekt maar kregen een hoekkamer met een balkon dat zowel op het meer als de bergen uitkeek. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. Heerlijk gegeten daar ook en ontbeten buiten op het terras. Wat een uitzicht! Je dag begint al meteen geweldig!

Breakfast is very good, which sets you up well for the day ahead (and given Swiss food prices is very good). The hotel was clean, but a little worn in places (3 of the bulbs in the room had gone and some remaining had been unscrewed as they were blinding floodlights due to mismatched incandescent bulbs) The staff were friendly and helpful (finding a table when reception had forgotten to pass on the booing to the restaurant) The views are breathtaking

In summer, mountain view rooms are much hotter, as you cannot get cool breeze off the lake/valley. Rooms cannot be cooled by opening the one window -- no through breeze, every sound from neighbors heard, and woken by mosquito bites in the night. Restaurant and terrace lovely. Breakfast adequate.

Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est très propre, confortable et idéalement situé, à proximité de tous les moyens de transport et des principaux points d’intérêt. Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Le service est impeccable et l’ambiance est agréable. I love this Hotel so nice , I love the view

We found the room quite ordinary The bathroom had problems with water flowing my husband couldn’t have a bath. We booked superior room and it was no way superior. We had a small table and chairs in metal on the balcony extremely uncomfortable. The best thing about this hotel was the magnificent view. We would not ho back.

Nice continental breakfast and although the room was basic for the price the view over the lake made it worth it.

My stay at the Bellevue Hotel & Restaurant in Seelisberg was truly unforgettable. I booked a room with both a lake and mountain view, and the scenery exceeded all expectations. The panoramic views of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains were absolutely breathtaking and made every moment feel special. Waking up each morning to such a spectacular landscape was the highlight of my trip. The peaceful atmosphere, fresh alpine air, and stunning surroundings created the perfect setting for relaxation. Whether enjoying the view from my room or from the hotel's terrace, I was constantly amazed by the beauty of the location. The Bellevue's setting above Lake Lucerne is exceptional, and the views are one of its greatest strengths. If you're looking for a quiet Swiss getaway with incredible scenery, I highly recommend staying here. I would gladly return for another visit.

The hotel is well named. The views are great from our room and the dinner/breakfast terrace. The rooom is spacious with a veranda. Getting a plug for the bath was a slight issue and the restaurant was very popular so we couldn’t get in before 8.00 pm. Too late for us, so a short walk up the hill to a perfectly acceptable meal Good breakfast selection

Nice hotel for a quick stay in Seelisberg. It’s a 2-3 minute walk from the bus stop and about an hour away from Lucerne. The view of the mountains and lake from the hotel is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Without air conditioning the room could get quite hot, but otherwise the say was very comfortable.

Wish they had air-conditioning. We could hardly sleep because it was so hot. there wasn't a fan either. Had to leave the windows open but it made it noisy. It's a beautiful place to visit. Would be better in the cool season
