Very nice view! Excellent views of maple leaves! But a bit too far from the station.

Have staff that speak really good English. Room is spacious. Golf court locates just next to the hotel. There is also an indoor swimming pool additional to the hot spring. It is a pity that time is tight and cannot try the pool.

Reception staff don’t familiar with check in process.

The proximity to the snow park was amazing but the service from the staff is what i will remember about the resort. They were all very lovely and welcoming! Excellent job team!!! 👍

施設はきれいで、静かで落ち着きのある所でした。 特に満足したのは食事。とてもおいしかったです。

もぅ泊まりません。

チェックアウト後に手荷物を複数個預けたところ、子供のリュックを返して頂けず数時間後気づいた時にホテルに確認して取りに戻りました。次の予定の予約時間があったため昼食を食べ損ね、有料道路も再び支払い最悪でした。通常フロントに預けると複数個の手荷物は紐などで一つにまとめられ番号札がつけられますよね。気をつけて欲しいです。悪気があったわけではないのは解ります。それ以外のホスピタリティはとても気持ちが良かったです。

It's very quiet and the staff is very friendly. I didn't like the the bed wes very small and for futon you get a blanket (I wouldn't call it a mattress) it's actually a skinny blanket and I slept on the hard floor the hole night

ゴルフ場とつながっていますのでとても便利です

ゴルフクラブなので仕方ないですが周りに何もない

外資ホテルのように宿泊の場合　アクティビティを無料にしていただけるといいとお思いました。

部屋の大きさがよい。

かなり山奥にあるのでここに泊まるなら車で行くのがベスト。その分自然を堪能できます。ここのリフト頂上から眺める紅葉は最高でした。

機械があればまた使いたいと思える快適な施設です！

温泉はよかったが、朝食がイマイチでした

温泉も充実しており、施設内にはテニスやパターゴルフをする場所もあり満足です。

高速を降りてからが遠かったが、自然が素晴らしくて良かったです。
