Location is nice with beautiful beachfront. ATV roaming around the beach is noisy and disturb the calm and serene atmosphere. Breakfast is decent but has lack of variety. I recommend exploring breakfast outside for better variety and best local dining experience. The bed is comfortable, TV channel options is limited, bathroom is clean. Wall soundproofing is moderate. You can still hear some muffled sound from next room.

Staff friendly and attend my request accordingly. Staying during weekdays feels more relaxing and less crowded.

Lokasi hotel strategis, sekitar 10–15 menit ke Bandar Kuantan maupun Cherating, dekat dengan banyak restoran, gerai, pasaraya, dan pantai bersih yang bisa diakses dengan berjalan kaki dengan berbagai aktivitas. Restoran hotel menyajikan makanan enak dengan harga wajar, lokasi tepi pantai, dan staf yang ramah. Kolam renang berukuran sedang dengan pemandangan indah. Proses check-in cukup lancar dengan staf ramah, hanya saja saat kami datang terasa sesak karena rombongan team building. Sarapan rasanya enak, namun pilihannya terbatas dan ruang makan sempit. Area parkir luas tetapi bisa sangat padat saat jam check-in/check-out. Kamar Garden View Chalet cukup nyaman dengan parkir di depan kamar, meski saat peak season terasa penuh dan kebersihan beberapa bagian perlu ditingkatkan. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini cukup baik untuk menginap, fasilitas lumayan, hanya kebersihan kamar dan variasi makanan yang masih bisa diperbaiki.

Location of the hotel is great. Short distance from city center. We love the beach and swimming pool. Our kids really had a great time. We also requested a late check-out at 1 PM, and they gladly allowed it. Overall, we had a great stay.
