Nous avons séjourné deux nuits à l’Hôtel Germain pour nous reposer en famille. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis et le service a été excellent. La deuxième nuit, il y a malheureusement eu beaucoup de bruit, ce qui a nui à notre séjour. Cependant, le monsieur à la réception a été très sympathique, à l’écoute et a rapidement trouvé une solution en nous offrant un escompte. Ce geste a été grandement apprécié. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre professionnalisme.

Great location, room and staff. Very new and modern rooms. Only thing we noted was that the toilet door was poorly designed as it partially closed all the time.

The TV option could have been better with either more channels or Netflix or other apps. What was unique about the hotel was the washroom couple will definitely like the see-through romantic glass windows

This place has a great location, comfortable beds, and very quiet rooms. However, there’s some needed upkeep, like ripped sheets and peeling wallpaper. The staff was very friendly.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für einen Besuch des historischen Kerns und des Regierungsviertels. Der ByWard Market ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und in tadellosen Zustand. Das äußerst großzügige Zimmer mit offen gestalteten Badezimmer ist sehr modern. Wer Privatsphäre im Badezimmer schätzt hätte jedoch ein Problem. Für uns war das Zimmer optimal. Uns ist positiv aufgefallen wie gut der Zustand des gesamten Hotels war. Uns sind praktisch keine Abnutzungsspuren aufgefallen. Die Aufzüge funktionierten stets zügig ohne größere Wartezeiten. Besonders unser Concierge Christian war extrem hilfreich. Danke Christian. Die Parkgarage für Selbstparker ist relativ klein und füllt sich zügig. Dann steht jedoch noch der Parkservice (Valet) zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Stayed three night, corner room on 12th floor, super clean room, easy inside parking under hotel, mini bar fully loaded with all kind of stuff and food, comfy bed and amenities. Second time at this hotel and we will return.

Room cleaners only showed up on July 1 at 4 ? Restuarants menu could improve selection . Bed and shower was great !

It's a fantastic hotel Loved it

We were assigned an accessible room upon checkin. I thought I had booked a classic 2 bedroom. The gentleman at reception said it was clearly marked on Expedia that I booked an accessible room. I told him I booked on Hotels.com and saw a classic 2 bedroom. I shared screen shots of my confirmation and room description. He continued to text for 45 minutes telling me I was wrong and he was right. The water pressure and shower attachments were unsatifactory.
