the shower facility could be better. Customer need to pay for shower, and the time allow you to take shower is really short.(50 cents for about 5 mins.) The receptionist is very kind to customers. She is very professional.

Easy access to the beach and wonderful with providing us access after hours.

I had a good time

This accommodation was in the best possible location to take a water taxi to multiple Able Tasman walks. The beach is directly across from reception, little restaurants, coffee shops, and the tickets for the water taxis all within a very short distance to the park. Our wifi was quite spotty but they had a technician out promptly to trouble shoot and provide us with a solution. Would definitely return!

The description and photos for the "economy cabin" say and show a bathroom in the cabin. It didn't have a bathroom and you had to go outside and use a communal bathroom and shower. For 2 young girls to go to the restroom during the night when needed in the dark outside is not safe. Only the family suite had a bathroom. We purchased a room with a bathroom and didn't get it. The lodge wanted an additional 120 nzd to move to the room with bathroom which was too much. Orbitz is going to fix the listing to properly reflect the room situation but be careful in the interim.

Do not leave food on the table inside of the cabin because the ants will appear.

Nice and close to the beach, comfortable stay

We had the family cabin with ensuite and it was great value for the money. The internet was a bit spotty and there aren’t many options for dining out.

Cabin was a nice surprise. Spacious, very clean, small outdoor deck , small kitchen, close to restaurant and bar and a perfect beach location.

It was a large campground with small and large cabins and communal washrooms.

We had a great stay. The staff were welcoming and sorted out any issues we had promptly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The room was comfortable. It's so nice to walk across the road and be at the beach. The location is fantastic.

We loved that the cabin was so close to the beach and the playground is not a far walk. The cabin has everything you need and the little induction cooker in cabin makes it easier than walking to the kitchen (which is also super close by).

Was clean. Had good amenities and extras like blackout curtains, thermostat controlled panel heaters, etc But, would be nice to have a doormat. I felt awful that sand from my slippers got on the carpet, even if I take off at the door.

Great location and service, good value for money. Nice and warm when we arrived at night (thank you). Very handy to beach, coffee shop, petrol self service and general store. Noise in communal kitchen at night briefly, otherwise all good.

Basic cabin with no view but location is excellent. Great beaches, restaurants as well as access to explore Abel Tazman.
